Prior to your travel date, your Hotel and Flight details MUST be advised so your transfer may be allocated. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.

Robert Rocks !!! - Our driver, Robert gave us a quick tour while driving to the resort. Robert was helpful, informative and funny. The bus was air conditioned, clean and a comfortable ride.

Ok - Driver to resort on bus 77 was great, knowledgeable and entertaining. Messaged for confirmation of return trip to airport and told to go to a resort that they had a representative. Not appreciative of this as they claim the confirmation has to be done within 24 hours of arrival.

My happy place - Aruba is my happy place! I’ve been coming for 3 years straight. Not one bad thing to say! My transportation to and from the airport is always A1. Just curious…why don’t you all drop off directly in front of LaCabana?

Disappointed - We didn’t use the service bc you don’t drop off or pick up at residences. We’re staying at an airbnb and had to take a taxi. Please refund what’s been paid.

Never again - They have terrible communication skillls, they didn’t confirm the addresses they let me book online and pay the total price. I showed up and inform me that they don’t come to air bnb , it’s only main address. I put in both of my address online when I booked. I did not get a refund or anything. The manager told me to a cab
