Great customer service - I visited Kays jewelry In Aruba with my three daughters. We all bought something and had so much fun doing it. They treated us like family or old friends.
They accommodated our special needs for some jewelry. When I came home, my bracelet broke. I contacted them. The process to repair my bracelet was extremely simple and fast. I’m very pleased with them and looking forward to go back to Aruba for another visit.

Jeweler that you always can trust and treats you like family - We were recommended to Kay’s in Aruba about 25 years ago.
Our friends and family have made many purchases over the years and we have never been disappointed. Always great value, never any pressure to purchase and the highest level of trust in the quality of what we are purchasing.
If we need anything from a watch to a piece of jewelry for a special occasion to designing and making an engagement ring for our daughter-in-law, they have always come through for us. If you want a jeweler that cares more about reputation and quality then profit Kay’s is the place. We feel very lucky to have found them.

Run, don’t walk to Kay’s Family Jewelry for all your diamond shopping needs!! - If you are traveling to Aruba, you MUST make a stop at Kay's Family Jewelry! (Not affiliated with the Kay's in the US). From the moment you walk through their doors, you are treated like family! James was our salesman and was so informative and so professional! Their jewelry is like no other, it is absolutely stunning! Our first trip to KFJ we purchased diamond earrings and a necklace. We went back the following week and purchased an exquisite diamond and sapphire bracelet! All of our pieces have been appraised at home here in the US.
The quality and cut of the diamonds are phenomenal and each Appraised well over what we paid for. But Kay's goes one step further, their customer service is beyond. anything I've ever seen. They do jewelry repair and can even design and build a custom piece for you! Don't walk, run to Kay's Family Jewelry the next time you are in Aruba!

Terrific Mother/Daughter find - What a terrific experience start to finish! I took 2 daughters to Aruba intending to buy them a commemorative piece of jewelry. We went to Kay's because we read it was family owned. Kay's was perfect start to finish!! Great value, excellent service, lots of assistance & choices w/in our budget, terrific pricing &
follow through. The appraisal certificates just arrived. We will be going back anytime we return to Aruba. We are truly delighted we discovered Kay's.

If you are looking for diamonds Kay’s is place to go - I highly recommend Kay’s! They took their time and found the most perfect diamond ring that i absolutely love. They emailed and mailed me copies of all the diamonds bought for insurance purposes, the value cut clarity etc. As we were walking around in Aruba I was carrying the bag from their store as I had other things and they gave me one big bag to put all my stuff in one of the owners in another shop stopped me and said I noticed you have a Kay’s bag, they are good people. I will definitely go back to Aruba and go to Kay’s. Best experience I have had in a jewelry store. They even sized my ring and had it done within an hour. Can’t speak highly enough about Kay’s.

Recent jewelry purchase Aruba - Purchased a beautiful custom made crucifix and Chain. Tesh and his team were so helpful and willing to work with me to deliver exactly what I wanted.
