What a way to see the island, than on a private boat. - We decided for a private catamaran tour on the Serenity, starting at Vlychada Marina. We travel around to the red beach where we had our first stop for snorkelling. We then sailed past the white beach and onto the hot springs at Nea Kamenj, where we had our second snorkel among the sulphur springs, ( they say it takes years off you, only time will tell). We also stopped for our bbq, Greek style lunch, cooked by the crew. We then heading west along the coast past the white towns of Thira, Firo Stefani and Imerovigli, which give you a different perspective of the towns built into the cliff face. We then heading to Oia, our final stop The Captain and his crew were simply assuming, professional, charming and very informative about the history of the island. If you are looking for a little indulgence, we strongly recommend Santorini Sailing Centre out of the many available on the island. Sailing Bliss - We had a private, 4 hour morning sail on the Carpe Diem. Everything from the transfers to and from out hotel to the concision of the boat to the service and the itinerary were perfect and we had an incredible time. Our captain, Kostas, and crew, Denis and Fortini (Fortim?) were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They provided attentive service and filled us on on the sites as we traveled around and answered all the questions we had about the boat and Greece in general. We never felt rushed or ignored and had plenty of time to just chill by ourselves as well. The food and wine was also excellent. We had the seafood and was seriously fresh and well prepared. The appetizer, salad, bread and dessert were also tasty and well prepared. Whether you do a private, semi-private or group sail, do it with Santornin Sailing and if you can arrange it, go on the Carpe Diem with Kostas and crew.

Best experience of our trip to Greece! - My daughter and I did the 4 hr cruise on Serenity with Iro (and crew). They were not only the most amazing hosts, but every single part was truly perfect! The food was fantastic, the boat was beautiful and of course, the Aegean was gorgeous. Best $ spent on the whole trip. Highly recommend.

An outstanding day on Serenity , a beautiful 45 ft catamaran sailing from Santorini. - We spent an outstanding half day on this catamaran cruising the volcanic islands in the large bay of Santorini. Captain Babis was not only a skilled sailor but a great chef. The crew, sailor Stephanos and host, Petros all went out of their way to make our day perfect. We were well informed first on safety, then a brief history of the island and surroundings at each spot we stopped to swim. The swimming was brilliant! We were offered snorkels , masks and flippesr to explore, and were then served the best fish we had in Santorini, crusted in salt and cooked to perfection, along with large sweet prawns. We had a choice on the menu accompanied by a delicious veg and cheese hors d’oeuvres in grilled mushrooms, salad and fresh fruits. This trip far surpassed the other two we experienced on our trip. Our family, aged 9 to 79 equally enjoyed the trip.

PERFECT day(s)!!! - BEST part of our Santorini visit! Loved it so much on day 1 we booked again for day 2. Views, water, boat, and especially our crew (Babis, Stefanos, and Marianna) were top notch, one of a kind, exceptional! Without beaches to enjoy the water, islands, geology, and history, this is the way to go. Also need to mention the incredibly delicious food. Seriously, everything was PERFECT! We’ll be back!!!

Heaven on Earth - Heaven on earth! This was a trip of a lifetime with Babis Mariana and Stefanos boating around the Greek islands. This team of three made our experience beyond perfect with happy faces, engaging personalities, interesting island history and cuisine that is better than any five star restaurant!! We enjoying fish chicken and veggies on the BBQ plus decadent dips and the freshest fruits. Thank you for the memories. 😃
