Hikaru was an amazing guide for a great tour! - Fantastic tour! Hikaru was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and patient. He even added on a couple of additional food samples based on our interests. The market was amazing but having a guide like Hikaru to help you know what is authentic versus touristy was all the difference. Highly recommend!!

Foodies' delight - Bring your foodie sense of adventure. Mike gave us a fantastic tour of Kuromon. Lots of tips and insights into the market, Japanese food and Osaka/Japan in general. The tour provides the opportunity to taste a variety of foods - all were delicious. Great value for money. Loved the opportunity to try foods that I probably wouldn't have ordered. Would absolutely recommend if you want an introduction to traditional Osaka & Japanese food.

Fun fresh foods - The tour company somehow attracted a brilliant group of folks. The same had happened on a previous, night backstreet tour, which I would also recommend. The tour guide Adam was great fun and well spoken in English and Japanese. He gets you trying foods that you otherwise might not! It’s not too long distance wise and flat n easy on the feet. You can fit this tour in, with other things on a busy day in Osaka The food was fresh and fabulous. Just as we had hoped. I would really recommend this tour over others and congratulate management for an excellent product.

Book This Tour - My family and I had a wonderful time on the Kuromon Market tour with Anna. The food was fabulous and the seafood was so fresh! We were very impressed with the high quality of food we sampled and we were very full by the end. Even our picky teenage son enjoyed the food. Anna had a great personality which took the tour up another notch! She was a wealth of knowledge and provided many insights we were unaware of before the tour. Exceeded Expectations - Amazing experience. The best part was our tour guide Anna who didn’t only provide us a tour of the market and the foods but also gave us insight into the local culture - where to go out to experience live music, how to say common phrases in the local dialect, and she had strong connections with the families running the food stalls. Anna made the experience feel immersive, enjoyable, and not overly touristy. We got more out of this tour than we expected. 10/10 thanks to Anna!
