Unwavering Hospitality - Kumiko is the best. We are two well-traveled 60+ yo friends from the USA. We often hire local guides to enrich our experience and connect with locals. We are so pleased we found Kumiko. She is knowledgable, experienced and cheerful. Kumiko has official credentials as a licensed guide in Japan with the added benefit of easy access to many cultural places. We learned history and cultural importance of places in Japan - and best of all many secret spots and tips to make our dream trip a success. Osaka Castle was exceptional. Wonderful tour! - We had the best time on our Osaka Food tour with Kumiko! Kuroman Market would have been so overwhelming without her expert guidance to all of the best food vendors. Also, so much was included!! We could just relax and follow her and know she was going to feed us the most exquisitely fresh sushi, sashimi, and wagyu beef! Also takoyaki, mochi, and drinks! We also got to tour Osaka Castle, and she brought us to the best photo spots to get perfect pictures of the castle. Two people in our party wanted to purchase new chef’s knives on Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shopping St, which is full of incredible shops specializing in Japanese cookware. Once again, she took us right to her favorite shop and showed us her recommended brand. We were so grateful that she had all the insight and knowledge! Any questions we asked or places we wanted to find, she has the answer and knew the way! Kumiko was also just a lovely person and we had the best time getting to know her. Highly recommend booking this tour! 10/10!

Best Osaka Tour for Foodies - This tour was the highlight of our trip to Osaka! Our guide Kumiko took us to Osaka Castle, explaining the history of the sights, and then took us on a tour through the Black Gate to the Kuromon market food stalls. She knew all the best places to eat. We came to Osaka to enjoy the food so this was a dream come true for us. We had had an amazing time and would highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fun Foodie Tour - It was a fantastic tour with Luke as our guide. We learnt so much and tasted some great food. Luke was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We would 100% recommend this tour to other visitors to Osaka. Luke listened to our needs and interests and was flexible. The best day of our time in Japan.

Great tour even greater tour guide - Hiromi was the best! She guided us on the train and she is very friendly and thorough. We recommend this tour. It was hot and humid but Hiromi made it easy for us. The food that we had was phenomenal.

Must do in Osaka - Kumico was a fantastic guide around the sights of Osaka. Clear communication from booking to the morning of the tour. Starting at the Osaka castle was great to hear about the history of the area. The main event at the markets was fantastic. Kumico adapted the food samples to work with the group we had with ease. I can highly recommend this tour in a town where you can be paralysed by food choice.

Fun day with great food - Oh man we had a great time! Our guide took lots of great pictures for us, and knew all the best food to grab. It felt like spending a day with friends, which is pretty great for just having met our guide and the other participant!
