Oslo with in depth information - Oslo City Guide Tour Signe Jenssen was an amazing guide. In the morning our tour group from Canada did the Frogner Park and the Royal Palace. Ms Jenssen explained the park and palace well and seemed interested in the information she was providing. Was willing and able to answer questions. The history of the Royal Family especially present day and Margaret in the past was very interesting. Toured the From Museum in the afternoon. Signe provided excellent explanations of the expeditions and made it come alive. Very good pace for seniors. Thank you.

Satisfying tour of Oslo - Tanya was on time and she did a great job of mixing things up based on the vibe of the group, which an important quality for a guide. She answered all of our questions and covered all important parts of Oslo on our 4 hour tour.

Walking through history - We particularly loved viewing the carved reliefs at the City Hall detailing Viking sagas. We probably wouldn't have discovered these on our own. Tanya, our guide, took us through the three main periods of Oslo's evolution history (Viking, Middle Ages, 1800's) showing us great views from the Opera House, the old city hall and the square it stood on, the fort, the present City Hall, Aker Brygge (where she showed us a presentation on salmon farming and helped us find a good restaurant), and the entire section of Oslo Fjord in the city. We had been to Vigeland Sculpture Park and the Royal Palace to see the changing of the guard, so she adapted the tour to show us things we hadn't yet seen. She was extremely knowlegeable of the city's history, stopping every few feet to give us another tidbit about what happened at this site or what details the guidebooks wouldn't. She was very accommodating to our pace and wishes. We could design the tour however we wanted depending on our interests , schedule, and energy. We took it our last day in Oslo. I suggest taking it your first. day to get a good idea of what you might want to go back and see. Tanya had lots of suggestions for museums, shopping, restaurants, and highlights. I highly recommend this tour.

Oslo Guided Tour - We were a group of 6 traveling to OSLO for business and pleasure in August of 2024. We had this tour on the day after we arrived in Oslo. The walking tour took us to all of the big sites near downtown Oslo. We saw the outside of the palace, the City Hall, the Opera house, the Nobel Peace Museum, and the National theater. We spent 30 minutes inside of the Public Library, we spent about 1 hour in the Vigiland Statue Park. The tour was pretty good, and then we knew the things we had to see in more detail during the remainder of our time in Oslo. The tour was pretty good, but I had a tough time with the guides accent and the ambient noise of Oslo. It is very nice that most of Oslo traffic has been rerouted to underground tunnels, this keeps the noise down and the city cleaner I would imagine.

Comprehensive Introductory Tour of Oslo - The salmon tasting, Oslo library, and Vigeland Sculpture Garden were standouts during the overview of the city. We also enjoyed experiencing the tram and underground. Our guide went out of her way to accommodate us.

Great walking tour of Oslo with a private guide! - We had an excellent three hour walking tour in spite of pouring rain in Oslo this past Sunday. Svein was knowledgeable, as a journalist and a local, his perspectives were interesting as well as personal. He combined history with the present - for example the city hall, palace, gardens as well as an amazing walk on the roof of the modern Oslo Opera House. Highly recommended!

Point and move on! - Frustrating tour. Only sites we went into were places where our guide could use the bathroom. Her knowledge was excellent but everything was point, talk and move on. Expensive for something we could have read in a guide book!

Disappointed in our guide - We were all four disappointed in our guide. She knew the city, but her manner of dealing with our group of seven guests was at times rude, dismissive, and rushed.
