Amazing walk tour of the city of Oslo - Sheenam was professional and friendly. Sheenam met us at our agreed meeting point ahead of schedule. Ahead of our trip, Sheenam contacted us to gather a list of sites we were interested in visiting so a list can be tailored and agreed to ahead of our trip. We had an enjoyable and memorable city walk tour of Oslo. We were grateful for all we were able to learn and see in the limited time we had in Oslo.

Excellent tour with Neil - We opted for a 2 hour tour that we hoped would help us get a sense of Oslo the city and its history. We needed an English guide, and it was a very cold day! Our guide, Neil, was excellent at balancing our needs for information and even juggling the cold a bit - with a well timed trip to the lobby of the Opera house. Neil is well informed and brought us to major sites and areas in the city center area. It was the perfect start to our 3 day stay in the city

The tour that didn't happen. - I would not recommend this tour as we booked a week in advance and they couldn't find us a guide for a 2 or 3 hour tour. We got a map at the train station and did ut own tour.

Very disappointing - This tour was very disappointing. Our guide was late to meet us, then once we finally met, he didn't speak English very well and was difficult to understand. He was not a local, he had only lived in Oslo 2 years. Prior to our tour, I had filled out a form with specifics of what I wanted to see and do. Our guide had us going in circles. After 40 minutes, I decided to end it, because he was waisting our time.
