Great day, highly recommend, private tour was the best! - We had a great day on our private tour, our tour guides were amazing, very informative and organised. Much prefer private tour over group tour as you could leave each place when you felt like it. We got to experience the whale sharks up so close which was really amazing and the falls and island were beautiful tour. Wilson our driver was great company along with the other guides. Definitely recommend.

Above and Beyond - If you don't mind being on a schedule and a lot of driving and walking, then this is the tour for you! Our driver, Joesif, was top notch! We were not able to find a driver to drop us off at the meet-up location so our tour driver went above and beyond to come pick us up at the house we were staying at even though this caused a 30 minute delay, Joesif was extremely patient and very nice, also a great driver, and obviously cared for our safety and satisfaction. Our tour guides were no different, our first one, Ana Marie, kept us on track and was very attentive to our needs and requests, also very patient as my 87-year-old father was also on this adventure with us. We were unable to visit Tumalog Falls but they refunded that portion of the trip for us. Our second guide for Kawasan Falls was just as patient, friendly, and attentive. Overall, highly recommend this tour!

Best experience ever!! Bucket list checked off! - So here’s my review of this trip. We got picked up from our hotel (Plantation Bay Resort) around 3am by our driver Ludz. He explained to us how far the ride to Oslob would be which usually around 3 hrs. We ran into a road block in the middle of the road so he had to reroute us. Me and my fiance was able to sleep still even though we didn’t get to Oslob till around 7am. We got our tickets but we had to wait which I didn’t mind since it was packed! So many people were excited just as we were to swim with the majestical whale sharks. So our tour guide Joy told us we’ll be going to the sandbar instead to kill some time. It was a cool experience. She talked about the island and gave us some insights about her culture and the city. Soon it was time to go back to finally swim with the sharks and let me tell you this… best thing I ever did in my life. Or one of the best lol. If you’re reading this right now book this trip!! It’s so worth it. We then went on another drive to see the Kawasan falls where we met up with Dan. He was our tour guide for the short hike to Kawasan falls. The fall was beautiful and the water was like a frost Gatorade color. Which was dope for the pictures and videos that we was able to get. Overall our tour guides and driver was the best ever. Much love to all of them. We tipped them well because they did their jobs and deserved every penny. Thank you guys for these amazing memories. We appreciate you.

Whale sharks - It was a great time. Best part was the swimming with the Whale sharks! The island was pretty but high tide so not much of a beach area. The water falls was beautiful, a little hike to get there but worth it.

Swimming with whale shark - The experience of swimming next to a whale shark is insane. For confident swimmers/divers, you probably will have a wonderful experience of moving around to view the whale sharks. For the rest like me, we are probably holding on to the edges of the boat and watching the whale go around you. The GoPro is a great extension for the trip. The rental was 550 peso and the boatman takes the video/pic for you. Due to the current etc, the videos may not be the best but there were some nice shots. One big downside for us as a couple was the lack of vegetarian food for my spouse. For lunch, he was only given vegetable stir fry and rice, while for me, I had pork noodles, chicken dish with soya sauce and chicken soup, and rice. We ended up ordering an omelette for my spouse. This happened even after I wrote to the agency to inform them about my dietary requirements. I also asked them to let me know if they cannot cater vegetarian food so that we could come more prepared. But we were assured that there will be vegetarian food but I didn't realise that just one dish is considered a vegetarian option. Hope the agency can reconsider their food options to be more vegetarian friendly when needed.

An unforgettable experience - We wanted a private tour without having to wait for hours to swim with the whale sharks! It was advertised as swimming with the whale sharks but when we got there we were presented with diving gear! The instructions were 5 minutes long and my daughter did not enjoy it as could not get the hang of diving. I refused due to having high blood pressure and must say they accommodated me to go on the boat instead of diving. It should specify it is diving not swimming as this was a shock. Otherwise it was a brilliant trip, started early at 4 am. It was advertised as a 2 hour drive but it was 3-5 both ways! The island hopping was brilliant but please wear leggings or a long wetsuit as my children got badly bitten by sea lice and got flu symptoms after. The food was basic tbh breakfast was awful bread and bananas! Lunch was a lot better. Why they could not give panera bread or pastries for breakfast after 3 and a half hours in the car I don’t know. The boat helpers were brilliant and helped me when the current nearly dragged me away! All in all it was an unforgettable experience and the whale shark brushed against me and are gentle giants Thank you

The whales deserve better - They are trying. But our guide and driver did not speak English very well and we felt very rushed and without a lot of communication. In truth, there were so many more people than I expected. The whole experience with the whales feels a little “icky” given the farmers are feeding them to stay.
