Our customer service team will reach out to you within 24 hours after booking. Please provide us with your travel details, (flight number, the number of people traveling, luggage, pickup/dropoff address). We’re here to help you figure out the best routes and vehicles for your needs.
How We Pick Up:
- Our driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the arrival gate, holding a sign with our company logo and your name on it. He or she will wait up to 90 minutes after your flight’s arrival time.
- If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 90 minutes after the booking time and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave and we won’t be able to refund the fee.
- If there’s any change in your flight schedule, please let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Otherwise, any extra costs will be on you.
- Our driver will be at the airport based on your flight time. However, if you set a specific pick-up time, we’ll treat it as a one-off pick-up and drop-off order.
