Highlights
  • Big Lake Trading Post - After visiting Lower Antelope Canyon, we’ll stop at a picnic area where restrooms are available. You can also purchase additional food and drinks here.
  • Navajo Mountain - Navajo Mountain, standing at 10,348 feet, is the highest peak on the Navajo Nation.
  • Lower Antelope Canyon - Our first stop is Lower Antelope Canyon. This is a MODERATE tour for guests, involving a 1.1-mile hike (1770.27 meters) from start to finish. You’ll descend 74 steps to the bottom of the Canyon and then hike on a gradual incline towards the exit, navigating ladders and small stairs in each chamber. For a visual, you can google LOWER ANTELOPE STAIRS & LADDERS (5 ladders & 2 small stairs towards the exit). The tour guides will provide photo tips and information about the Slot Canyons, as well as cultural insights about the Dineh.
  • Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument - Grand Staircase-Escalante spans 2.3 million acres of Federal land in southern Utah.
  • Upper Antelope Canyon - The second part of our tour takes us to Upper Antelope Canyon. This is an easy hike for guests. Transportation to the Canyon entrance is 4 miles from the main highway. From the drop-off point, it’s a 1-mile roundtrip hike (1609 meters). After exiting the Canyon, you’ll hike on an incline around the top and descend a 150-step staircase back to the vehicle drop-off point. This 1-hour tour will highlight the differences between Upper and Lower Antelope Canyons.

Excellent Tour - We had a wonderful time on this tour and our tour guide, Colton Ketchum, provided a great narrative about the history of the antelope canyon and his Navajo family and culture. His narrative was interesting and he made our journey through the canyons seemless! We would also like to thank Ryan and Traci for helping us to get amazing photos of the canyons.

Utterly Amazing - The experience was amazing . Both of our tour guides into the canyons, Lee and Carmelita, were informative and helpful with photo shooting. Tevin, our escort for the day, enriched our experience by sharing stories of his community. Highly recommend this adventure!

Awesome Experience in Antelope Canyon - Dineh Tours made this trip effortless & fun. Colton shared Navajo stories that helped us to understand the history & traditions. He ensured we were at the head of the group in both tours.

Perfect Tour - Colton Ketchum provided an excellent tour and history of the Navaho. Another interesting fact was his family was part of the Code Talkers during WWII. Both upper and lower canyons were awesome.
