Top service - Prompt, on time, and very courteous. The coordinator spotted I had entered the incorrect date by referencing the flight number and contacted me by phone to clarify meeting time. Our flight was delayed by three hours resulting in my wife not arriving until 3:30am . The driver was waiting exactly where we were instructed to meet. Will definitely use this company again, and would have no hesitation recommending this service to anyone visiting Palermo.

Perfect timing! - We also booked service back to the airport. Marco updated us on the shifting traffic conditions and picked us up early. We made it to Palermo airport with the perfect amount of time to check bags and catch our flight.

Great Service! - The driver was on time and he was very friendly. He knew where to drop us off for our flight check in and even gave us some tour info on the way there. The car was very nice and everything was as described.

Great airport transfer. - Driver and his MBZ van was on time. Driver took care of our luggages and offered bottled water. He was courteous and drove us safely to the airport.

Dependable service. - Highly recommended. Our flight was delayed and he was still there waiting for us. He loaded our luggage in his very clean, looked like new MBZ van. Gave us water to drink and on to our hotel.

Viator left is hanging - We had s terrible experience with Viator on this experience. Our arrival was delayed due to issues with the airline. This occurred less than 24 hrs of arrival so, per the rules stated by Viator, I could not cancel and rebook. I reached out to both Viator and the ride service. The rep at Viator said he would reach out to the ride service and let them know our situation and I did the same. Viator did not follow-up as stated it would and the ride service manager was very rude and essentially told me to "pound sand" because they would only make the change after being contacted by Viator. Since Viator failed to follow-up as promised, my wife and I ended up in an Uber to get to our hotel. I will expect a refund from Viator for our fare. Look Viator is fine for booking tours and excursions. But for anything requiring flexibility and/or support from their service, choose something else...like an Uber instead of their rides services. Because if your airline screws you over, Viator will too.
