We offer an immersive experience that’s focused on authentic Sicilian cuisine, aiming at engaging individuals from various cultures and nations. Our cooking class, led by Antonio, lets you partake in a delightful dinner set in a traditional Sicilian home, with Antonio and his family.
We’ll collectively prepare typical Sicilian dishes, where you’ll learn from Antonio’s hidden cooking techniques, enabling you to recreate these dishes in your kitchen with the same exquisite taste.

- Transportation to/from city center is not covered (an additional 40 euros)

A family friendly Wine and dine experience to remember - Fab class by Antonio. The couple with my family was sweet and engaging. Antonio taught us about the local food and culture. We paid extra to get picked up from Airbnb and it was definitely worth it for us (Palermo drivers are crazy compared to drivers in the states). The food was excellent and Antonio catered towards all dietary restrictions without making others feel neglected of delicious flavors. 1000% recommend! Last but not least, the wine Antonio serves (at no additional cost) is DEVINE! I can’t find it in Western NY, so if anyone has a lead on that let me know 😂

Fantastic Social Cooking Experience - We had such a fantastic time with Antonio! He's such a lovely, down to earth guy who truly loves what he does and that shines through and through. The food and atmosphere were really amazing. We had an absolutely blast. Highly, highly recommend.

So much fun!!! - My friend and I had such a great time making Italian food with our wonderful chef and his family. There was 13 people in the class and we all contributed to a fabulous meal and non stop wine!! Would highly recommend!!

Cookery Class in Palermo with Antonio - Fun night with some great cooking tips. Our host was an amazing guy who made everyone feel comfortable and was happy to provide tips and tricks. The food was absolute delicious. Overall a great experience.

WONDERFUL CLASS! UNFORGETTABLE EVENING! - I have just returned from 2 weeks in Sicily and must say that our evening with Chef Antonio and his family was a major highlight of my trip! The evening was filled with fun, music, and SUCH ENTHUSIASM AND WONDERFUL FOOD! The swordfish and mussels were unforgettable! Chef Antonio gave us so much more than how to cook a recipe ... he told us how to find and recognize quality produce and seafood and helped us prepare an amazing meal. This experience was the best of my time in Palermo, thanks to Chef Antonio and his family. .

Wonderful Relaxing Experience with Chef Antonio - We had a very enjoyable evening spent with Chef Antonio. Our group was quite large with 16 people from different cities, but from the very start, Chef made everyone feel comfortable and was quite funny. It is a unique talent to be an excellent chef, make everyone feel comfortable and included, and also very entertaining. Chef gave us all hands on experience with making a number of dishes and the best part was that we got to enjoy the food afterwards. The wine flowed freely and we all had an excellent time and made new friends during our meal. Grazie Chef Antonio.

Fun, delicious and a passionate host who makes sure everyone is having fun - Antonio is passionate and knowledgeable about cooking. He shares his love of cooking and Italy with you and he makes sure that everyone is enjoying themselves. A really fun night for people with basic skills.
To note, the venue which is Antonio and family’s house is 40 minutes away on outskirts of Palermo. He kindly arranged a shared ride which was reasonable.
Would recommend for a fun evening out. Antonio and family were lovely and the food delicious!
