Worth finding this interesting small museum - Lovely small museum filled with a unique collection of beautiful tiles. Look out for No 11 on the street and a small sign on the buzzer by a rustic wooden door, as it is not easy to find. Price includes a guided tour and approx 1 hour needed to visit.

The wonderful world of tiles - First of all, I was impressed by the amount of collection and the wonderful display. The person who explained it was very enthusiastic and it's one of the top three of my trip. It was a happy time. Thank you.

Tile Museum in Private Residence - This is a small gem of a museum that doubles as a private residence in a 17th palazzo. Every room is filled with difference examples from different time period, exemplifying different production level. All is explained by an erudite guide. Highly recommended for those who would enjoy an experience a bit off the beaten track.

A real hidden gem - Fascinating series of rooms with beautifully presented displays of tiles. Our guide was personable and highly knowledgeable and helped us to understand the development of tile making in Italy and, in particularly, Sicily and how they were used throughout the last thousand years. A real hidden gem.

Entertaining panorama in Palermo - The museum allows you a very particular experience, it is very original. The collection is impressive, I definitely recommend it, they give you a personal explanation during the tour and you feel that you are seeing something unprecedented. Without a doubt it is an extravagant and entertaining panorama. I wish it were a little cheaper, but the price is understandable anyway.

Massive personal collection - The amount of items in this personal collection was impressive. There was some confusion in the staff accepting our tickets because it conflicted with a museum event.

I would not go there again until the management changes - Great museum with a nice guided tour. However one star, for the outrageous treatment we received after staying on the terrace. We stayed at the B&B and we asked if we could stay and work from there until 2.30pm and we were told that is not a problem. Than during our work (conference call) we were yelled at by the cleaning staff. The owner called us during our video conference to say they will call the police if we don’t leave. We are traveling a lot but something like this has never happened to us and we were scared and sad to see such behavior. I am usually not vindictive, but in this case I wish the owner and the cleaners personally that they will experience a similar treatment in their life.
