Very great - Great trip and highly recommended. For the long bus ride you should definitely think of enough water, as well as provisions.

Great - We went for trip to Pamukkale yesterday little bit before 6am from hotel doors. Unfortunately this beautiful place is far from any seaside so be ready for longer trip 3.5h and more one way. There are stops- one for breakfast and then some onyx factory and jewellery (instead of this I would prefer to spend this time in pamukkale). Our guide were very nice, told us story about ancient Hierapolis and gave us time around 3h to explore ruins and terraces. Honestly a trip worth the money.

Worth the trip but only book if staying in Bodrum! - The experience was amazing cannot fault it. Bus journey to the site was smooth. We stopped for breakfast which was delicious and very good value. We stopped at an onyx factory which was interesting, next stop was Pamukkale this was incredible. We had 3 hours of free time, in this time we could explore ancient ruins, visit the museum, go in the cleopatra pool (extra 300 tl) and of course go in the white terraces (would recommend water shoes as can be slippery and sharp stones on your feet). Unfortunately three hours was not enough time to fully enjoy the whole site. Next stop was lunch, this was a delicious buffet. Next we stopped at a wine factory where we got to taste naturally sourced wines and Turkish delight. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The only reason why I can’t give this tour a 5 star rating was because of pre-organisation of the tour. Less then 12 hours before the tour I was informed that they don’t pick up from my hotel and that I had entered in the wrong hotel when booking. Despite showing them my email confirmation of the hotel I was staying at they were still adamant that I put in the wrong hotel. I was left with the choice of either cancelling my tour or to get a taxi to the last collection point in Bodrum. If the communication prior to the tour was better this would have been a 5 star rating.

Average trip - I went with my family during August. We had to change the busses couple of times till we reached our final english language speaking bus. During this we had to deal with a Russian speaking tour guide which was not only unfriendly, but also wrongly giving instructions and information in a rude way!!. The food was low quality. We had to pay extra 15 euro intead of 10 (as per the site) for cleopatra pool entrance.

Do not book here - No legroom in the minibus. Guide who spoke English but no one understood. Traveling so much and ultimately only 2 hours to do everything (hierapolis, pammukale and cleopatra swimming pool) so in itself, IMPOSSIBLE! We were just able to go to the cauldrons of Pammukale and the theater of Hierapolis! Many unnecessary stops, in the morning for breakfast a stop of 1 hour, then we stop at an Onyx "factory" (not planned in the program) so that we can go to a shop! Once again waste of time... Lunch taken after 2 p.m.... and after that we were taken back to a shop, but no one got out of the van! If we don't have time to visit the sites, why would we have time for their tourist trap shop!!!? So we hit the road again and came back (1 hour to drop off 12 people at different hotels...) No evening meal as mentioned or Karayahit village visits!! In addition, a guide got off before us during the hotel tour in the evening without saying goodbye, he fled like a thief!

Horrible - Touristic guide The presence of the guide was non-existent. Very little information during the journey. It's too bad. Especially since the prospectus promises a guide. Once we arrived at the site, he gave us 2 hours to look around and left. Visit to the site The site is full of tourists, it’s disgusting. In addition, the pools are not maintained and it is very difficult to explore the site without shoes. It was not a good experience. The Cleopatra swimming pool is nice but we had to add 10€ per person to be able to enter for the few minutes that remained, and once again, it is full of tourists, it is difficult to swim there, or move around without taking a blow. We were asked 700 lira to enter the site per person, this was not included in the price, that's what the 45€ we paid was for. Lunch included Terrible tourist restaurant. The guide promises us 2 buffets, 1 for salad and mezze, and another for the main course, including kebbab. 4 mezze, one of which was disgusting, the kebbab salty to vomit, and the fries I don't prefer to talk about, the soup had no taste. The only interest for this type of establishment is to sell drinks (expensive), a rolling tray goes around this hangar, in which tables and chairs have been installed. I don't understand the interest in tourist agencies inflicting this kind of attraction on their customers, other than saving on the €45 that we had to pay to attend this charade. The chauffeur This is the only positive point of the trip. Apart from the fact that you were picked up from the hotel at 4:45am first and had to drive around for over an hour to pick up each group from their hotel, and were dropped off last around 7pm after dropping off each group, that's was very long and grueling. However, I don't think it's logical to pay 45€ per person (especially in Turkey) to meet a friendly driver (and apparently poorly paid, since we had to leave him a tip after the guide's explanation of his - meager - salary.)
