Book this - you will not regret it - amazing - Whilst it seemed like a big commitment (5:30am pick up and a whole day) this was definitely worth it. There are breaks on the journey for breakfast/toilet. Amazing travertine pools just take your breath away (very bright indeed under Turkish sun - bring your darkest sunglasses!) and a simply stunning sight. You get almost 3 hours to explore the site but that goes quite quickly - there's a lot to see. I might miss Cleopatra's pool if we went again, my wife says go round the museum more briskly!!! We found the ruins and museum are both very interesting. Amazing to see things that were thousands of years old when the pyramids were being constructed. Not sure I'd recommend this day trip if you have younger children or people who have limited mobility. Wonderful, memorable day! The only slight negative for us was the wine tasting - bit of a tourist trap and the only liquid we liked was the pomegranate tea. We paid in TL and got change in dollars :( It's a poor thing if you don't even keep your own currency in the till.

Pamukkale - A wonder and a must see - Recep is a nice guy and a good tour guide. Pamukkale is do not miss destination if you are in Antalya. It is a wonder of the world I would say. The lunch was good. You have to buy drinks but they are affordable. Strongly recomand this tour provider.

Fantastic trip with Mr. Bikhilz - We went to Pammukale, Hierapolis and Vineyard with our guide Mr. Bikhilz. He is such a lively person with terrific understanding and knowledge on the sites. He had explained everything from the root of the history with the current scenarios and situations considering the sites. Overall it was a great experience for us in terms of learning and enjoying the picturesque views.

Pamukkale Tour Recommendations - I went to Pamukkale, Cleopatra Pool, and Hierapolis. The pick-up vehicle was good and charging was possible, so it was convenient. We had about 3 hours of free time, so we had plenty of time to see it. If you're worried about Pamukkale because it's a long trip from Antalya, I recommend a partial tour.

Great - Overall a great experience, the guide made the experience even more enjoyable with his charismatic personality and knowledge about the historical sites. The food was good but nothing amazing. Would recommend going on a cooler day if you can as there is a lot of walking to see the ruins. Pamukkale itself was beautiful and some great views from the top
