Soul travels - takes you to the soul of Goa - It was the best , we are goans , have lived in Goa for many years but this trail was something new . Loved it . Recommended for all travel lovers and non travel lovers . These people are really worth the buck ❤️

To the colourful side of panjim - It was a fun walking trail..best amalgamation of rich Portuguese history with modern day.... Bob was really amazing..

Almost hit expectations - Though I've been to goa mang times before, I chose this time to get a deeper feel. So I chose soul travel by recommendation and am very impressed with the professional and prompt as well as out of the way assistance given by Arya [booking agent on whatsapp]. Made me feel excited to come and explore and so booked 2 more tours instantly. The highlight however, was Kunal my guide who blew me over from the word go. Ive been on many tours and you can clear see his is personality not tour driven which is his biggest ➕ point. Though the tour [Latin quarter] curation was less than satisfactory and they need to redo it to encompass its true potential, kunal more than made it up with his Portuguese, stellar humor and willingness to go beyond the script which is the quality needed to be an amazing guide. His ability to connect goa to the world [and thus the client] needs more a push but he's in the right direction. The tour itself was a bit boring as we were simply walking through main roads and seemed more catered to the insta wannabes even though certain areas banned photography [sad] than those who were curious. Looking back other than kunal and his offbeaten knowledge to the questions we posed, there was nothing much we could take back. Personally speaking, the visit to the goan house felt more like an invasion into someone's privacy and though a fantastic idea, could have been better curated like with snacks or vinho do Porto to make us feel more welcome. The visit to the Cafe was totally a commercial feel and unappreciated. Rather have the same food served at the house a few minutes away. The curation team is clearly not upto the mark and needs to look at the tour from a client perspective rather than a guide or business perspective which is clearly the motive right now. There's so much potential and as a lover of the arts and architecture along with Colonia history, I was a bit let down. Am just glad I had kunal as saving grace. A reason you get that extra star. Tip: get your own bottle of water, go in the evening time especially in summer. Try the cafreal sandwich at misti bar next to the start point. You won't be disappointed.

Recommended! - The tour was super interesting and Adolfina is a great guide! We enjoyed a lot! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who’s interested in the history of Goa.

Latin Quarter Tour - Our guide, Adolfina, took us around the stunningly beautiful and quirky houses of the Latin Quarter, so so knowledgeable about everything Goan. We went to a delicious bakery and a private house. Definitely one to do, completely recommend these guys because you learn so much more than just the history.

Exceptional Host , unforgettable Experience: A heritage walk tour with Koonan. - Koonan Proved to be an exceptional host during my exploration of the by lanes of the Latin quarter . Our journey included admiring the vibrant building , a visit to an old bakery , and exploring a Heritage home. Koonan, with pride of his Portuguese connection, shared insightful tidbits and even taught us a few Portuguese words along the way. Beyond the delectable food at the cafe , i cherished the anecdotes and local stories that only someone deeply rooted in the area could provide. Koonan's attentive demeanor ensured that everyone in the group felt valued , readily addressing any queries that arose.

A must of you are visiting Panjim - Royston Braganza was our tour guide. He was such a lovely soul and really knew about the history of the area. It was a small group and I met 2 other lovely ladies. We saw the local architure and had a detailed history of the area. We visited a local home filled with artefacts, which was a real treasure trove. We were taken for pastries and chai, and the whole experience was fabulous. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Panjim. Claire

Lovely, informative, enjoyable visit to Latin Quarters Goa. - On 18January 2024, my elderly aunt and I was accompanied by the soul traveler Ms Adolfina Thamm to the Latin Quarters Goa. We met at the Panaji Post Office where Ms Adolfina gave us interesting details and history and culture regarding our visit. Then she took us to the Latin Quarters showing us around. We had lovely fresh baked snacks and tea on the way. We wrote pastcard back home (which however, never reached back home😁). We visited a house in the LQ and got a glimpse of typical LQ family life. Ms Adolfina took photos for us. We had a great time. My aunt loved the walk in the LQ.
