- Amador Causeway (Calzada de Amador) - This CITY tour, unlike any other, starts before dawn, giving the possibility of enjoying a spectacular SUNRISE off the Pacific Ocean on the Amador Causeway (An artificial peninsula made up of islands connected with dredging material from The Panama Canal construction). Here we’ll also take pleasure in a picnic breakfast with amazing views of the city skyline.
- Ancon Hill - One unique thing we have in Panama City, for a CITY of its size in the tropics with 1.5 million people, is the rainforest right on top of it. A steep 35 min walk on a paved road to the summit of Ancon Hill, will allow you to see how the tropical rainforest with its biodiversity (monkeys, sloths, toucans, agoutis, deer and coatis) embraces a modern metropolis (with 13 of tallest skyscrapers in all of Latin America).
- Miraflores Visitor Center - The Miraflores Locks Visitors Center is the main source of information about the canal. In the observation deck placed above the hundred year old lock gates, you will see the process of vessels being raised using fresh water. The museum displays the historical events of the construction and the importance of the protected areas that surround Panama City (the watershed of the canal). Without a doubt a must see in a Panama visit.
- Casco Viejo - Our last stop is in Casco Antiguo (or Casco Viejo, the old Spanish colonial quarters) a part of town that has seen SUNRISE since 1671 after the Welsh privateer attacks of Sir Henry Morgan on Panama La Vieja (where the city was originally founded in 1519). A UNESCO World Heritage Site with beautiful colonial architecture, you’ll not only get a taste of history but also of delicious Panamanian and international cuisine. This will be the place for lunch of your choosing (not included*). We’ll visit historical cathedrals, plazas and walkways with unique views of the Panama City skyline
