A nice way to see some of... - A nice way to see some of the city in a short time and the seeing the movie at the Mira Flores locks and watching a ship come through was very cool. Christian was a good guide.

Melhor experiência no Panamá - The tour is incredible!!! Jose is very punctual, he waited for us for almost an hour, as there were delays in the flight. He is an excellent guide, we had the best explanations and stops during the tour. We loved learning more about Panama, the country itself deserves much more time. We thank the best guide in Panama, José, for the fabulous interaction he had with us. Thank you very much for the incredible day of knowledge you provided us.

Great tour! - This was a great tour of the city, covering the main sights. Our guide, Josè, had lots of interesting facts and was very friendly. We first went up Ancon Hill to get a great view of the city, then out along the causeway and to get a photo with the Panama sign and finally the guided tour of the canal locks. All very interesting and enjoyable!

Highly recommend - Jose was an excellent guide. He is very knowledgeable about his country. He gave us our options for our tour and we were able to personalize it with what we wanted to see.

Amazing experience! Best Tour Guide - Jose did an amazing job not only showing us around Panama but his knowledge and history of the country was unmatched. We started the journey visiting Ancon. It provided us wonderful views of the city. The 2nd part of the trip we visited the Causeway which was also stunning. As I mentioned earlier Jose took the time to explain the cultural and historical signifcance of each area we visited. Lastly we visited the Panama Canal which included a 45min IMAX video on the history and construction of this amazing marvel. Do not skip the video! It is worth every second. We had such a wonderful day with Jose. If you are coming to Panama be sure to schedule a tour with him. It will not disappoint.

Tour operator would not respond to refund for sick participant - We booked a tour for two but my partner was sick that morning and could not go. I inquired about a refund but the tour operator never responded. I would not use them again. My guide was pleasant but I did not understand him often so I got limited information. Also I had him delete the Panama Canal stop which we had booked on another tour the following day and delete at least one stop in the city because I was jet lagged . I felt I did not utilize all I paid for using the guide in a limited way but that was fine because it was my decision. What I object to is the tour operator not even responding to my request for a refund for my sick partner. That’s unprofessional and rude.

FIND THE MISTAKE OR HOW TO MOCK THE CUSTOMER - I received an email at 7:01 a.m. the same morning of the excursion even though departure was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., to inform me that the excursion was simply CANCELED. The reservation provided for the possibility for the customer to cancel no later than 24 hours before the start of the excursion, otherwise no refund would be made. On the other hand, the organizer can cancel less than an hour before!!!! 24 HOURS FOR THE CUSTOMER, 1 HOUR FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER, FIND THE ERROR!!!!
