Magnificant Panama Canal - Our driver Mario dropped us off at Miraflores Locks Visitor Center and we were able to see 2 large ships pass thru the Canal, toured the Museum at our own pace and learned so much!!! Our tour thru the City was excellent too.

The good and the bad - Seeing the Miraflores locks was awesome, but the lack of advanced confirmation of a specific pick up time was frustrating. Also, due to a start time of 14:30, dusk was approaching after our time at the locks. Alfredo, our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable.

Great Experience - The Panama canal tour was interesting but very relaxing activity. The narrators ensured that it was done not only in spanish but clearly in english. The meals and refreshments were quite adequate for everyone on the tour

Locks and more - I really liked my excursion. Fairly priced for the things I experienced. I would have rated five stars if the cost of the Locks were included (cost was ONLY for a reservation NOT a ticket) and if my tour guide spoke a bit more English.

Anniversary - Content of the tour was great. Our English speaking guide wasn’t very fluent in English so we had difficulty communicating. However, he was pleasant and tried very hard to give us a good tour.

Ok tour - Although Alfredo was nice, but because the canal closed we couldn't enjoy a full experience. We did not get a change to walk through Casco Viejo. Spent most of It in the car. It was ok

Absolutely awful - The worst tour we've ever been on.
Guide only spoke very basic English. Didn't conduct tour as described. Drove recklessly and texted/ made calls whilst driving.
Tried to claim money back through viator but they were not interested so avoid them too!
Terrible, absolute waste of money!!
