Touring Old/New Panama - Informative tour about Old and New Panama. It was amazing to learn about this gem of a country! The tour was comfortable and intimate.

Great first time tour of Panama for family of 4 - Angel was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and patient with the many questions we had about Panamá, the history and culture. We were a family of 4 and he made sure that each person was taken care of during the tour. Great clean, newer vehicle with AC! Highly recommend this tour when visiting Panama for the first time!

Safe and Friendly for Solo Travelers - I had the best time with Angel. I’m a solo traveler, and I was luckily enough to be paired with Angel. He was so kind and accommodating to me and the weather. Great introduction to Panama - It was a good overall experience where my husband and I had to experience most of what Panama has to offer - rich history, the canal, good food, and heartfelt people.

A great tour you need to do! - Angel was a great tour guide! He was very personable and knowledgeable about Panama. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he would find the answer. I am forgetful and forgot to choose a pickup/meetup location. After contacting the tour company, Angel was kind enough to pick me up from the place I was staying! Usually, the tour is private (just you, your group, and the guide) but my tour guide wasn't able to make it so Angel asked the couple on his tour if I could join their tour which they agreed to do. That also made the tour great for this solo traveler. Overall the tour was great and highly recommended.

A great experience - Christian did a great job accommodating us at the last minute. He is new and struggled with his English a little but his outstanding personality more than compensated making the experience fun and memorable.

Beware of this tour!!!!! - I took this tour since it would provide me an in depth overview on the various sites in Panama. I was shocked that the tour company provided us a tour guide who spoke minimal English. The tour guide was very friendly and did his best to communicate with us. The tour company did not set our guide up for success since he had to review info on his phone when we asked him questions. The tour company did not inform us that the tour guide was not proficient in English. I picked this tour due to the overwhelming positive reviews. I am very disappointed that the tour company did not provide me a refund and stated that they did their job and took us to the sites. There is no customer satisfaction and I am just appalled. I used Viator for other tours and never had this experience. If you plan to use this tour, just know what to expect. I hope anyone else gets a much better experience.
