Great experience!! - The bus service allowed me to see the main tourist attractions in Panama and find my way around the city. Attentive and very polite professionals, especially Argelis. They helped me get information for other tours. Great experience. I recommend.

Convenient way to explore Panama City - Our experience with the Hop-on-Hop-off Tour in Panama City was overall very positive. We particularly appreciated the friendly staff and the convenient way to reach all the major sights in the city. We joined the tour at 10:15 AM. One of the highlights was the stop at the Panama Canal. We recommend getting off here and taking the IMAX tour. You can see the boats starting from 2 PM, which is quite impressive. Another worthwhile stop is Casco Viejo. The historic old town offers many interesting sights and great photo opportunities. A minor downside was the difficulty in predicting when the next bus would arrive. Additionally, the guide's microphone could have worked better. Due to the traffic, it was often hard to understand the guide. Overall, the Hop-on-Hop-off Tour in Panama City is a recommended way to explore the city.

Bad experience, paid for 2 days used one - There was no sign in casco viejo where to get the bus. Waited a long time. Waited two hours after getting off at malll. Bus did not come or came earlier than what I wss told. I take hop on off around the world, this was the worst.

Disappointed. No WiFi , useless map and route alterations on Sundays - Disappointing. Collected from the cruise port- bus running late. They told us this is because on Sundays the local government close part of the roads to vehicles to allow bikes to use them. So even knowing this the company didn’t adjust its timing to be punctual. The WiFi on board (2 buses) didn’t work - they tell you to follow the journey on the app, being from the UK owe had a data package for US and Mexico so didn’t work. They gave us a flyer with a map which had a few pictures but no real detail. They also told us some of the stops were closed due to the road/lane closures. Why don’t they produce a flyer for a Sunday? We got off at Panamá Old Town to spend a few hours and decided to get the bus at the next numbered stop. We couldn’t find it! The stops aren’t clearly marked. The map on flyer was too small to give details. After much walking in high temperatures we eventually picked the bus up again. I thought we were going to have to get a taxi back to the cruise terminal! We have used HOHO buses in many places and they’ve been great but found this one problematic. Maybe it is better on other days? They need a bigger map, working WiFi, and special instructions for Sunday routes.

Not so convenient. - The tour runs one-way so you can't cross the street to shorten it. Also, the frequency is problematic at a quoted 45 min to an hour. The staff are friendly and pleasant. I would suggest doubling the number of buses and extending closing route times. When I was in Mexico City they did it right. I would suggest a private trip.

Could be better - It was nice to see the city. The tour guides were nice but you could not understand what they were saying. The times were way off. We even stopped so the driver could get off and get himself a hot dog. Unfortunately we had purchased the 2 day and didn't even finish the 1st. Got off at casco and ubered to the causeway

Never do the 3pm tour waste of money - We was not able to do the full tour due to traffic and we was stuck in traffic majority of the time we was on the tour bus it was awful and a waste of money we wasn't able to get no pictures due to terrible accident

Do Not book !!! Bad customer service and your service! - Please do not book tour . On Saturday the 29th of June I booked this tour . I arrived at the pick up location before 3pm and no one was there , I waited an hour and still me bus so we returned to the hotel . Upon requesting refund the customer service for Viator would not give me any refund . I am a tourist and it’s unfortunate that try money and time was wasted for me and my family. Terrible experience!!!
