Lake Gatun - We will pick you up at your accommodation in downtown of Panama City to go by car to the Chagres river, highlighting several points of interest on the way there, where we will take a boat and get into the Panama Canal. We will pass by huge ships and experience the scale and importance of this magnificent marvel of engineering. Inside the Canal, at the Gatun Lake, we will arrive at a group of islands in a protected area in order to see as many species of animals as possible, among them monkeys, crocodiles, birds, iguanas, sloths and others.
You will identify animals and develop your vision to spot them.
This is an extraordinary and memorable experience, completely outdoors and that you will enjoy a lot!
Note: This tour is going outdoors (jungle and a lake) therefore there is not access to a toilet, it is suggested to use the bathroom before pick up time that will be informed the night before the tour.

Great. Got to see many of the different monkeys and a sloth - Fernando was a great guide. He found many of the monkeys and made sure we had plenty of photo opportunities of the different kinds. It was a great tour.

Relaxing tour - The boat tour was great. We got to see 2
Of the 3 monkey specie on the island. We saw a baby crocodile sun bathing. We loved being on the Canal water.

Fed a monkey - Alex was a wonderful tour guide, really dedicated to making sure we saw animals on the tour. We saw a lot of monkeys, two crocodiles swimming, and a ton of birds. Being on a boat on the Panama Canal was a cool experience.

Beyond expectations - This tour was fantastic. Our guide Alex knew where to go to find all the animals we were hoping to spot and we saw a lot more than we expected! Three types of monkey, sloth, bats, iguana, crocodile, capybaras - it was incredible! Our pick up was on time and some of the safest driving we experienced in Panama. Absolutely recommend!

lots of monkeys - excellent tour. Dan made sure we saw plenty of monkeys and alligators. also very knowledgeable about the history and politics of the area .
