Amazing service and experience!! - Our driver German V went above and beyond for our large group of 6 trying to find passing time as we off load from our ship to the airport. He was very well knowledgeable about the city as well as surrounding areas and was amazing tour guide and driver. I highly recommend German V 👌

Great experience - I really enjoyed the ride in the Florida Everglades, Germán, the driver and guide, was very helpful and knew a lot about the topic he talked to us about throughout the tour. Highly recommended.

All good but Spanish was missing in the crocodile theater - Very good with Germán, very nice and very well explained, the entire bus is quite old, the boat ride is very good and in the crocodile theater the Spanish was missing

Alligators show - I had a wonderful experience with Big Bus and I would like to extend a special thanks to our driver/guide, who was German. The entire journey was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to his excellent driving skills and informative commentary. From the moment we boarded the bus, the driver/guide made us feel welcome and comfortable. The driver/guide's German was a great advantage He took the time to explain everything in both, ensuring that everyone on the bus could fully understand and appreciate the sights along the way. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the driver/guide German for making our experience with Big Bus truly memorable. His friendly nature added a special touch to our tour. I highly recommend Big Bus and this particular driver/guide to anyone visiting the city.

Good tour - The view were amazing and we took a lot of pictures and had a wonderful experience. The crew were nice and were fun, we even got to touch the plants in the everglades river, is was a nice events on a holiday.

Excellent guide Maria - María was an excellent guide, she treated us wonderfully and was attentive to the group at all times. I recommend the Excursion.

Wow lovely boat tour. - Excellent very well organized. Excellent guide. Great experience. But started late. We saw great villas and mansions.

WORST SERVICE - HORRIBLE SERVICE, don't buy it! Avoid it! We bought the ticket for two days + boat ride through the famous islands. The drivers are hostile to Latinos, they are not willing to help, and they also told us that the boat ride was not available the first day, that we should arrive early on the second. It's a horribly slow route, so we took the bus early to get to Bayside. We tried to talk to the driver beforehand to confirm that the boat was available and he told us to sit down saying that it was not his responsibility. We arrive at Bayside and they inform us that the boat would not be running this week and that they cannot arrange a refund. Terrible service, horrible. It is better to grab a trolley and tour for free. In addition to the fact that the drivers' treatment is aggressive, when they don't know that without tourists they don't have a job.

Don’t waste your money would not recommend take an Uber. - Would not recommend the bus tour. Waste of money, we went past the local jails for men and females, the courts house, the projects, and a Burger King that sold beer. The bus we had did not have any a/c and we could ride the upstairs deck because it rained. Coming back the bus pick up time was 5:30. The bus loaded extremely fast, a second bus was behind them they pulled off without any passengers. We had to wait another hour for the next bus that had no air. I would not recommend poor customer service as well.
