- Edro III Shipwreck - The trip will take you to the Sea Caves, a unique work of nature. It is a state-protected natural landmark and is an unusual rock formation on the sea shore. Not far from the Sea Caves is the ship EDRO III, flying the flag of Sierra Leone, was laden with plasterboard and ran aground near Pegea on 8 December 2011, while sailing to Rhodes from Limassol. EDRO III weighs approximately 2,345 kg and is 80 metres long. According to the Cyprus Marine Environment Protection Association, the ship is completely free of cargo and fuel and lies on the sea cliffs at an angle of 11-12 degrees. Landing on the ship is no longer allowed as it is dangerous. Together with CIMEXTA, the German ship-lifting company, the tasks of safely removing residual diesel, hydrocarbons and other marine pollutants from the ship and sealing the hull were assigned to the Cyprus Ship-lifting Company. All tasks were completed in October 2013.

The tour combines a fascinating land journey and a delightful sea excursion. You’ll explore the most scenic spots on the island. The itinerary includes a visit to the Sea Caves, nature’s unique masterpiece. Close to the Sea Caves is the wreck of the Edro III, a large cargo vessel that shipwrecked in the area.
On the trip from Paphos to Latchi Village, we’ll pass by the Banana Plantations. Once at the Latchi Village port, we’ll board a boat heading for the Blue Lagoon. The Captain will serve local wines (red or white), orange juice, and seasonal fruits, along with providing life jackets, once we arrive at the Blue Lagoon.
Taking a dip in the crystalline waters while enjoying wine, fruit, and the fresh sea breeze, embodies pure joy! Post this, the boat will return to Latchi, providing some leisure time for lunch and relaxation. We’ll then visit the Botanical Garden, housing a grotto known as the Baths of Aphrodite in an intimate nook. Following a leisurely day, we’ll begin our journey back to Paphos from this point.
