Great company to book your tours - Great Service. Met by Dominique today just outside the Pullman Hotel. She was very nice. Explained everything. Got me quicker access through security as I had an injured foot. Took us right up to level 2 to get the elevator to the summit. Gave us some history on the tower itself. Wouldn’t hesitate to say book your tours through company. Full instructions given on receiving my tickets to where and when to meet . Also done the Seine cruise after being up the tower. The cruise was good. The summit of the tower was fab, views spectacular. Also had a glass of champagne at the top

Great vacation - The tours was great, everything was beautiful and the tours guide know the history of Paris. I like to go again.

Great Value - Loved it, Eiffel Tower Summit, City Tour at night and boat ride on the Seine. My daughters loved it.

Great trip!! - This was a great way to see all three. Our time at the tower was 3 hrs which was too long for us. The city tour was good and the river cruise we did the next day in daylight. The Eiffel Tower at night was breathtaking!!

City tour was not good - When I bought the tickets it said that I could buy the ticket to the top of the tower. When I asked the guide he told me that I could not. When we were on the 2nd floor I was told by security that I could buy it but downstairs. Then the city tour in the bus was not pleasant because there was no internet connection and therefore we could not hear anything. The walk to the Seine was very good.

Doesn't happen how it's advertised. - We had to skip the bus tour because of how this package operated. It shows the entire tour should be about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to complete. What they don't tell you is that the Eiffel tower, bus tour, and boat cruise are NOT lined up for you. The tour guide gets you to a certain point at the Eiffel tower, letting you know that you have 1 or 2 times to catch the bus for the city tour, and the cruise ticket is good all day. We had skip the line tickets for the Eiffel tower, but we were stuck in a line, which is why we had to skip the bus tour, because we had tickets for the catacombs at 6p.m. If I had not scheduled anything else for that day, we could have done all 3 parts over the course of the day. Had I known this 3 part ticket was not lined up in advance for us, I probably wouldn't have chosen this option. I assumed it would take 3 1/2 to 4 hours in one block of time, like from 12:15p.m. to 4:15, which, had it been like that, like I thought, we easily could've done all 3 things listed on the ticket. Just be aware, they get you to point A, but you're on your own to make it to B and C.

Not good - Misleading, at the price i paid and description, i was lead to believe i was booking my wife on an organised tour. I could have taken her myself and saved a fortune

Rip off!!! Do on your own…poorly run. - Was 3 separate tours. Tour started at 6:15pm but couldn’t do all three tours that we paid for. City Bus tour was horrifically bad. Very dark outside could not see anything. Very dirty bus! Couldn’t take pictures as bus never stopped and windows were filthy! Never got on river cruise. The Eiffel Tower was fine. Was no tour. Better to purchase your own tickets and save money! The whole night was a rip off and poorly run!

Another poor experience with Viator. Had 3 tours in total with them one worse than the next. - Arrived for morning tour. Tower closed due to weather. Told to contact company. Did so and requested a refund for the tower part. Still waiting to hear anything back two weeks later. Did have river cruise - so so. Told to come back for city tour in afternoon despite this supposed to be part of morning tour. Kept waiting in freezing cold for half hour after supposed departure time. Not allowed on the bus as driver not there. Bus had hard wooden seats with no padding. The mobile phone app for the audio kept locking up on me. Was ok for my wife.
