Brilliant tour, would definitely recommend. - Everything, from start to finish was brilliant, except the other group members were late by 20 minutes. However, the lovely tour guide, whose name I have forgotten but begins with the letter K and has beautiful, brown curly hair, was amazing and patient. She was knowledgable and was able to answer any questions anyone asked. My mobility is not as good as it was, but the tour guide did not rush me and asked me if I was “OK?” on several occasions, which eased my anxiety as I was concerned that I may be holding the group back.

Viator passes the buck - Operator canceled the tour but did not communicate with us. Viator assumed no responsibility as we dropped over $40 on a cab to arrive 10 minutes early. Viator passed the buck to the operator but will easily accept their 20% for the tour. Will not be using viator again.

Do not use Viator. - Last minute cancellation. Seccond time this happened with Viator. I do not ever want a trip with Viator again. It is very disruptive for plans when they cancel last minute. They do not respect this. If there are low number of people in the reservation, they cancel. Very bad.
