The new establishement, Madame Brasserie, situated on the Eiffel Tower’s first level, provides the ideal ambiance for an evening meal with loved ones or work associates.
- You do not need an ascent ticket for children under 4 years old, but please make sure to inform us if you are coming with one.
- From 18 July to 25 July 2024, the Eiffel Tower site, including Madame Brasserie, will be included in a specific security zone. The access to this zone is only allowed to people who have a digital pass. Madame Brasserie declines responsability in the event of failure to present this pass. It is recommended to anticipate this process at least 15 days.

To access the restaurant you will need to go to the checkpoints located in the South and East gardens at 08:30 pm and present the confirmation email. Then, you must go to the Restaurant welcome desk to pick up your lift ticket. The ticket gives a reserved access to the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Absolute must do!!! - One of our best nights in Paris! The Eiffel Tower was amazing in itself - then when you add the restaurant and the food it takes it to another level!!!

Great Time - I enjoyed the experience and my meal was great. We missed the meet up due to a mix up on our first tour with Viator but it didn't stop us from entering , so that was great.

While it was veery... - While it was veery expensive, we did enjoy the food and atmosphere very much. If you want to spend the money, it's well worth the experience. The Eifel Tower at night is very impressive even if you don't do the dinner.

iconic thing to do - nice view .. iconic to say we ate at the Eiffel Tower as first time visitors to Paris.. food was 3 courses with champagne and wine ...views were ok wome face river some face the inside of tower

Delicious dinner - The food was absolutely fantastic and so was our waiter. I took off one star because the experience getting into the Eiffel Tower was very annoying and tricky, because once you go through security you have to wait on a really long like to get your “separate” lift ticket to the 1st level. The instructions are a little unclear so I hope this review helps. You then wait on another long line to get on the lift. It says to get there 30 mins before but go at least an hour before because we were on time and still got to the restaurant 15 mins late. So even though you’re with Viator, you still have to deal with crowds and long lines which seems inevitable anywhere in Paris.

I will NOT recommend - Very disorganized, for people that don’t speak French. It was cold and raining and the people at the lift tickets made us wait about 25 min. Under the rain( once we got to the restaurant it took us another 25 min to be seated; I booked a window view for 4 people and we were sat at a place without a view. Very disappointed; then there is no menu? If you don’t have a cell phone; the food it was tasteless, in other words, I will never recommend this place to anyone; I thought I was going to be a WAO! But at the end it was a UFFF (bad) ; the only pleasant thing it was our Italian waiter that gave us a 5 star service( besides that nothing was the way it was sold to us. (There were 4 of us and we all got the same bad experience)

Never using Viator again - I will never use Viator again!!!! To celebrate our last night in Paris, I was booking this experience for my daughter and I. We were paying separately and it showed 2 spaces available. I booked mine and less than a minute later attempted to book hers. I was unable to do so as tickets were suddenly no longer available. I called Viator because I found this extremely difficult to believe, my daughter and I are not going to eat separately on our final night in Paris and Viator refused to refund my money citing their 24 hour cancellation policy. I repeatedly asked them if they could accommodate us at a different time, etc. which they kept saying that everything was completely sold out. Next time I will book directly through the venue. I’ve been a loyal aviator user for quite some time and was shocked that they could not find anyway to refund my money or issue a credit under these circumstances as this was a very expensive experience!!!! Ended up out $164 for a meal and experience that ultimately I did not attend. It’s a terrible way to treat customers not taken into account situations like this.
