SID BABY JESUS - Sid was the best tour guide. If you don’t get Sid then you won’t have the best experience. Ask for him personally and he will make sure you laugh and have a good time

Great overview of the highlights - Sid was an excellent guide who peppered the history of the Louvre and France with humor. It was a great overview at which the end we were ready to explore more on our own.

Amazing Tour Guide - I forgot my tour guide’s name. It sounded like the name Juan, but I don’t think that was his name. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He even stayed with us an hour after the tour was done. I feel bad that I didn’t have any cash on me to give him a tip, so I hope this review helps him get a raise. He was honestly the best tour guide we could’ve had at the Louvre!

History at The Louvre. - A detailed and comprehensive tour. Sid was an informative and fun guide who kept us engaged in all that we saw. His knowledge of every aspect was so impressive.

It’s not just the Mona Lisa - We had a great guide which added volumes to the experience. He was so knowledgeable and combined his expertise with a great sense of humor that made everyone in the group comfortable. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience very enjoyable

Good experience. - Guide was excellent and funny. Showed us highlights. Seeing the Mona Lisa was a mob scene...they can do better. We missed our reserved tour but we're able to join the next one. Thank you.

Louve Tour - Tour guide was great,, had fun,,, good idea for the "highlights" of the Louve. What else do you want me to say "Viator" to leave my review? The tour was as expected,,, decent,, slightly over priced but, the tour guide was fun.

Tour the Louvre! - Hamish was incredibly educated on all of the pieces we viewed at the Louvre. We learned much of the history behind the building as well as the works of art. He was kind, funny and animated. We spent 3 hours in the museum and saw so many beautiful paintings, sculptures and more!

Poor service - It seems unfair to give the company a poor rating when we in fact didn’t even utilize the service. The problem was that we arrived, but took one metro stop too soon and had to walk further than we thought. We arrived at the meeting place one minute after the prescribed time. We got a call from the company three minutes after we are supposed to be at the prescribe time telling us that the Tour Guide was looking for us. I told the person on the phone that we were in fact at the meeting place looking for the Tour Guide. he said that the Tour Guide had already gotten in line and was gaining access to the Louv. I have been to the Louvre so many times I know that was a lie. Even if you have, let’s say a 1030 arrival time you will still spend at least 20 minutes in line waiting to get in. We searched the area for the Guide in line and were told that he would have a city of wonders flag. No one in line had any flag and no one had any identifiable markings to let us know who they were. It was very frustrating. The cost was not that great but we lost out on getting into the Louvre that day , so $135 down the drain. Anyway, I’m sure the Guide was great but we really felt betrayed because they didn’t say come five minutes before the departure time they said come at the departure time and we were literally 60 seconds late. I have the call log to document when the company called so I’m not just blowing smoke. I feel if they have a client that’s not there and they called them. They could wait two or three minutes, especially when the client says that they’re at the meeting place. The meeting place was at the carousel, which is literally 200 yards away from the entrance of the Louvre. It would’ve been easy for them to put up their flag and wave it around so that we could find them. it’s very disappointing and shows that they have very little concern for customer service.
