Highlights
  • Hôtel Lutetia - Our delightful journey begins at the lovely Square Boucicaut, right across from the splendid Hotel Lutetia. We’ll explore the neighborhood, delve into its history, get our bearings, and visit our first tasting spot: an award-winning French pastry chef and his exquisite creations.
  • Rue du Cherche-Midi - I’ll share tales of this enchanting street I once called home. Mystical places, iconic products, and inspiring artisans make it easy to fall in love with this area.
  • Théâtre du Vieux Colombier - As we head to this historic monument, we’ll stop for our second tasting to experience modern chocolate bonbons with a unique twist. It’s one of the best-kept sweet secrets, even among locals.
  • Place Saint-Sulpice - Indulge in cake as we journey back in time, recount stories of the French Revolution, and uncover secrets of Paris’s second-largest church. Here, we’ll continue our tastings with extravagant entremets from 2-3 French pastry champions. You’ll get your own piece of cake—no sampling portions. Sharing is optional. 2-3 as opening hours vary.
  • Rue du Four - Known as Oven Street, but where’s the oven? As we walk through this charming, winding street dating back to the 13th century, we’ll dive into the world of chocolate, learn about the bean-to-bar process, the ideal working temperature, and discover some of today’s most creative chocolate products. More chocolate treats await!
  • Rue de Buci - Expect several surprises here. A bit of history, a little competition, and another journey back in time to uncover hidden treasures in the heart of the Left Bank.
  • Cour du Commerce Saint-André - From Odeon to Notre Dame Cathedral, we’ll explore a picturesque alleyway, stroll along Boulevard Saint Germain, trace the footsteps of the first Roman settlers, visit an old friend and his charming literary haven, and finally reach the garden with the oldest tree in Paris.

A absolute thing to do while you’re here - I enjoyed being one on one with the it so much more personal. She was very kind in buying my mom some treats as we went from place to place, she sure enjoyed them you full and had no calories. This was so much fun I’ll do it again when I come back to Paris
