Operating Schedule: The service operates between 10 am and 7 pm from April to October and on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year. From Monday to Friday between November and March, it runs from 10 am to 5 pm.

During the Olympics (26 July - 11 Aug 2024) and the Paralympics (28 Aug - 8 Sept 2024) in Paris, the opening hours will be adjusted. On certain dates, the activity will start in the early afternoon. The latest updates will be available on your voucher.

Your pass becomes valid when you first board the cruise. Freely hop on and off as you wish at any of the nine stops situated along the Seine River’s UNESCO-protected riverbanks.

  • Real-time departure times are available on the Batobus website (link provided on the voucher)..
  • Please note that a systematic bag control has been introduced and jackets and coats must be opened at the entrance.
  • Passengers with bulky luggages, more than 16 liters in size (small backpacks, handbags and computer cases not included) won’t be allowed in the boat.

HOUSEBOAT STAY ON RIVER SEINE IN PARIS! This is a best experience.... - I’ve dreamed of a canal holiday but a houseboat on the River Seine, moored so close to the #Louvre? Well, this should be for the bucket list. Do you agree?

It is what it is - Read closely: Unlike other hop-on, hop-off transit options, there is NO commentary on this boat. This is strictly a water taxi; you can get the same thing by walking or taking any aboveground public transport for a lot less money. I'm giving it three stars because it is exactly what is advertised, and I wish I'd read all the details more closely.

Prebooking with Tripadvisor was unnecessary and didn't work out - I waited to write this hoping that Tripadvisor would do the right thing but it has been three weeks, so I'm adding my two cents. This two-day booking, made for July 1st and 2nd, was the first excursion I booked with TripAdvisor. I was excited to sightsee using the cruise as our main mode of transportation along the Seine. Instead, upon arriving in the area, I was unable to get to the Tripadvisor Voucher via the app or website to prove that I had prepaid. When I contacted TripAdvisor (via a virtual chat, which I hate), they told me it was working on their end and it must be me (I had full bars and was using their app on an iPhone with an up to date OS). In the end, I had to book a different cruise with a different operator. My advice? There are tons of boat operators along the Seine, don't mess with TripAdvisor, just walk up and pay in person. There was absolutely no benefit to pre-booking - even during busy July.

Does it even exist? - We’re still waiting for the boat. The timer countdown to the next boat is a joke, when it gets to zero, it simply resets to 30 minutes and starts again, with no boat in sight. Has happened twice so far. Very disappointing and screwed up our schedule for the day.

BAD SERVICE - Haven’t actually gotten on board yet because the girl checking our tickets couldn’t get her scanner to work and after telling us the boat was leaving soon, let it leave with us standing there …now we have to wait 25 minutes for the next one …so a big ZERO for customer service so far!

2 day pass ticket removed from app after first day - Bought a 2 day ticket on the Tripadvisor app, after the first day the tickets were removed. I was told to Contact the tour operator to send the tickets again however no one responded. I had to then pay €48 for more tickets. Really disappointing service, ended up paying considerably more.

This Company is not currently operating as at 14/3/24. Do not pre-purchase tickets and lose your money! - This company is still selling tickets online and we purchased 2 tickets from our phone on 13th March for 14th March but when we we went to their Louvre pick up point on the Seine (and after waiting over 90mins with some other couples) we found a tiny sign on the wall behind the stop (not on the jetty / gate) that says the company is closed until further notice. I am sure many people are doing the same thing as us. So please check that the company is actually operating before you pre purchase tickets.

Horrible Don’t Book - We weren’t able to get on the boats in the morning because of a marathon (that we were unaware of) & they wouldn’t give us a refund. To locate the hop on and off spots along the river was a mission and not easy to navigate.
