Great class, excellent instructor and lots of time out on the water. We learned how to heave-to, Man Overboard drills, knot tying, understanding how to trim sails, rules of right of way and just about everything we needed while actually out on the lake sailing. I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in sailing. Very professional instructor.

Captain X was outstanding, very relatable and has a knowledgeable Old Salt feel. Open honest with a dash of humor, all while lending his insight too teach us together and individually. Best class I’ve ever attended. And, No…. He’s not paying me for the compliment. 🌴💯

Well, it was very hot (July in AZ), and not so windy, but I did get to learn all the working of the outboard motor and sails and sheets. Easily passed all the tests. Found out what I still need to do rent sail boats. Will need a few ASA 111 lessons to learn how to handle the sail boat by myself, but I feel sure the Go Sailing will help. Thanks.
