remember silence and respect for nature - Beautiful. Unforgettable experience especially with children. The bus ride was terrible but the effort was worth it. If I were to return I would definitely take a private taxi.

It was a great day - I loved seeing all the butterflies and it was a nice stroll through the park. It was great to spend in Chalki, its a cute small town next to the water!

Loved it - Great experience, we loved it a lot. Full with butterflies. Kids had fun and it’s a great walk in the forest despite hot weather

Nice woodland - Relaxing walk through the woodland, and was able to go up to the Monastery.
There is a restaurant to grab food and cafe mid way and at the end.
There are some steeper parts to the walk, and we've seen few people turning back.
Have to pay to use toilet facilities.

Nice place to relax - Beautifully prepared location. A 3 km walk through the valley is definitely worth seeing. The people are very friendly. I would go again. It's a shame that there were no animals there yet. We were a few weeks too early.

Valley of straws - Very nice visit to make. Quiet and cool. Bring closed shoes. Magic when the straws fly away. Reasonable price (4/5€)

Great quick trip - Great 2 hours, 5euro each worth a trip out there even just to support tye Park. A bit of a walk through the valley, sensible sturdy shoes a must, none of your primarny special flip flops. Sheltered walk which was nice away from the heat, a cafe and restaurant also there.

Serene forest - Serene place in the middle of Rhodes Town. Easy to get to. Places to walk - many cats around that are looked after by locals. Birds everywhere - just lovely.
Could do with signage of trails and walks. Some litter needs to be taken care of.
Take a picnic. Need walking shoes. It is free.

Nice but to do when it's cool - There was no water when we went there for the waterfalls.
Be careful, if you are claustrophobic, do not take the tunnel which is quite long and very narrow, with no windows.

Morning trip - A good morning trip to butterfly valley, not for the fainthearted or those with walking issues as pathways can be steep and uneven. Went may which is just before you are able to see the many butterflies in the area
