Outstanding service at a very fair price - I booked my transfers directly on the Smile Khao Lak taxi website, both my pickup from Phuket Airport going to the JW Marriott Khao Lak and my return 5 days later. Both services were flawless. The drivers were there on time, the cars were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were careful and helpful with our luggage. The price was a bit less than half what the hotel wanted for the transfer, and I consider this service an excellent value given the long distance (about 1 hour 15 minutes each way). I just paid cash to the drivers instead of trying to send funds through PayPal, and this worked well. I would not hesitate to recommend this service and will definitely use it again if I'm in the area.

Well organized operation. - Even though our flight was an hour late, the transfer service was waiting to greet me with a sign with my name clearly written. They took our photo with the sign so that the driver could find us, and indicated where we should wait for 5 to 10 minutes until the driver arrived. The drive went off smoothly, the van was comfortable, and they even provided water bottles.

Reliable Transfer - I booked this via Viator. It let me enter the arrival details when booking. When you arrive at Phuket Airport you need to head out from inside the airport to the outdoor area where you will see a massive amount of people holding up names of resorts and people’s names. I was searching for Smile Taxi however my sister said to check for our names/resort and she was correct. Once we found our names listed with our resort, the person called for our transfer to pick us up. She took down our sign and we waited for a few minutes before the driver came over and collected our bags and took us over to the air conditioned 4WD. So glad to be out of the heat at this stage and it took just under an hour to reach our hotel. He was professional and got us there in a good manner. With the return transfer we asked our hotel to contact them the a couple of days before and we spoke to an operator there who took our departure flight details and organised a time for pick up. The driver arrived promptly just before the pick up time and got us there with plenty of time to spare. We had a van pick us up this time and again the driver was professional. Would recommend this transfer company as reliable and efficient.

Great transfer - The transfer went without a hitch. You need to make sure to exit the building as that is where they have all the name signeage. I looked for the operator of the transfer however you need to look out for your name as well as your hotel. Once you point this out to one the people hovering around the signs, they’ll pull you aside to wait for your driver to appear. Our driver turned up shortly after and transported us in a safe manner and the vehicle was comfortable. I recommend pre-booking transfers to avoid the hassle of trying to book one at airport or being ripped off.

Waiting Game! - When we arrived at Phuket we were told our driver would be waiting with a board with our name on, we saw our name on a board and was approached by a lady who obviously worked for a third party company and were told to take a seat. Now bearing in mind we had just got off of a flight the last thing we wanted was to be waiting around for a pre-booked transfer! After approx 30 minutes waiting our driver approached us and we finally got on our way! Not Impressed at all
