Highly recommend Chef Jacquie (historic culinary destination) - The Italian Market isn’t just about food; it’s a cultural experience, and Chef Jacquie was the perfect guide to take us through it. She not only brought this area alive with her storytelling, but had so much culinary knowledge to share. Thank you for making our day so memorable and special. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Food Tour - The food tour was amazing - I highly recommend. Food tours are a great way to get to know a city. Chef Jacquie is a very personable and knowledgeable tour guide. She had lots of knowledge on both the food sold in the shops and the history of the surrounding Philadelphia Italian community. We left the tour feeling like we learned a great amount about both the food and the city of Philadelphia. A great choice for a food tour! It was my favorite thing I did during my trip to Philly!

Wonderful tour - This was a fantastic tour! My goodness the food was delicious! Chef Jacqui was a minefield of information and enthusiasm. I learned so much about the Italian American origins and how they evolved into being such a great contribution to the USA cuisine. Highly recommended tour with very thoughtful little bonus gifts.

Fun and filling! - We had a great time with the chef and our small tour group. From the minute we met Chef Jacquie, I knew we were in for a fun day! She was warm and welcoming and had great stories. We enjoyed the food but I loved the stories about the history of the neighborhood over the years. Anyone can give a tour with food samples, but only someone who truly loves the area can weave the stories, the history, and the food together into a tapestry that is as colorful, diverse, and flavorful as the neighborhood itself. I highly recommend the tour and will surely book again in the future. Ps. GET THE CANNOLI!

Delicious introduction to the Italian Market! - Chef Jackie did a great job “inviting us into her neighborhood”! She shared her knowledge freely and her relationships throughout the market. The mix of savory and sweet bites ending with delicious pizza was “just right”! Would highly recommend.

Philly must do for any foodie ! - Absolutely wonderful tour! We got to sample some amazing food, see the beautiful area of the city , learn about its history and spend the day with our lovely tour guide. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to eat well and learn!
