Extremely knowledgeable tour guide - Adam was personable and quite knowledgeable of the history of the area and was able to answer any question we would ask. He brought enthusiasm and interacted with the group. Great sense of humor and provided excellent recommendations for other sites we could see later. I especially appreciated his prompt answers to questions I sent prior to the tour. In addition, the small group size made a comfortable atmosphere.

Awesome experience - Took the Flavors If Philly Food tour hosted by tour Guide Adam who did an excellent job with explaining the history of Phillys most iconic foods which included tomotoe pizza pie made with San Marzano Tomatoes, Philly Cheese steak, a chocolate chip cookie one of the oldest cookie shops in Philly 4th St Cookie, and a Whoopie burger which was featured on Food Network on the road and Best Of Philly 2014. After the tour I had some Ox tail frim Caredas Caribbean Cuisine at the Reading Terminal which is now the best ox I've ever had. The Reading Terminal Market is definitely a place you want to visit many times if you're a foodie.

Lots of fun - Alex F was great. We had a blast despite the cold. He had another guy shadowing him (I can’t recall his name) but he was also very knowledgeable. Learned a ton in 2 hours. Alex gave us a great recommendation for pizza that night too.

First (& Amazing) Visit to Philly - We booked it on the train from NYC to Philly - very short notice - and it was the best thing we could’ve done for being in town for only a day! Tom was very informative, funny, personable and kind - great guide. When the tour ended, we asked about his opinion for the best Philly cheesesteak sandy and he pointed us toward a couple and we chose Sonny’s - omg the best!! The walking tour did not include entry to Independence Hall (only the exterior). I highly recommend planning ahead and buying tickets to the hallowed hall, something every American should visit. It had its own kind of a powerful moment. The park ranger that gave that tour was also incredibly informative and interesting as well. If you do have an advanced ticket, keep in mind the security screening which took an extra 20-30 min in line. The meeting place for the Founding Fathers Walking Tour started right next to Independence Hall which was also very convenient. We bought 9:2 tickets for the Hall, started the walking tour at 10:30 which ended 1ish, then grabbed lunch and went back to the Revolutionary museum for a cpl hours before catching the subway back to the Amtrak station where we hopped on the train back to Penn Station in NYC. Was a perfect day in an amazing city. It was our first visit and the schedule worked out well.

A Brilliant Tour with Thomas - Thomas was professional, polite, and made the tour fun, even on a bitterly cold afternoon. I’ve lived near Philly most of my life, and I learned more about the City’s history in 3 hours than I have ever before. This tour is great for tourists and residents alike.
