Really informative and easy. - James was fantastic. Got all the tickets before the tour. Had in-depth knowledge of Philly. Was friendly and personable. Great 8 hour driving tour. Showed us additional places outside of the requested itinerary as well.

This tour is a must! - We cannot say enough about how amazing this tour was for us. Adam, our guide, packed a whole lot into the time we had in Philly! Touring with Outstanding Tom - Are tour guide Tom being outstanding, great manners got out open the doors at our stops. Very knowledge and great personality. On time for the start of our tour. It was the best of all the activities that we decide to do. We were very glad that we selected the 6-hour tour instead of the 4-hour tour. I would definitely recommend the tour. For seniors I would suggest the 6 hours for time to get in and out of the car and take their time walking through the various places.

6 hour private tour July 3 - Tom was excellent and I would highly recommend him. His personality was outstanding. He was very knowledge. Polite helped us in abd out of the vehicle. He took our pictures using our cameras so that we could all be in the pictures

The BEST Way to See Philly in a Day! - We had a recent trip to the DC area and decided to take a train ride to Philadelphia for the day. We weren’t sure what we wanted to do; so, we did some research and came across this private tour that had a little bit of everything and took a chance. Upon our arrival, we met up with Barry as he picked us up at the train station and shared our itinerary for the day. He shared his knowledge about Philadelphia’s rich history as a local. He talked about the capitol building, the city’s roots, the present, and what’s coming in the future. Our day was an ADVENTURE! We saw where everything began in the historic part of the city like Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross’ house, and the oldest continuous lived-on street in the US! We also got to see Philly through murals, Little Italy, art, and traditions. We got to see a house full of mosaics, the Rocky steps, and the LOVE sculpture! Barry recommended & drove us to some authentic Philly cheesesteaks at Campos that were 10/10! The day flew by and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. I HIGHLY recommend not only this tour, but Barry was a tour guide! He was genuinely knowledgeable about all the questions we had, kind, helpful, and kept us engaged the whole day! I truly had the best time with my family and I felt there was no better way to go!

Wonderful tour - Adam made the tour very enjoyable. His knowledge and communication was terrific. We’d really recommend this to people visiting Philadelphia for the first time.

The RIGHT Way to See Philly! - Barry was a fantastic tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about Philadelphia history, hot spots, and best local eats! We did the 6 hour tour and stopped for lunch at Campo’s Philly Cheesesteaks & it was a 10/10! He took us to all the stops we wanted (including Independence Hall, the LOVE statue, etc) but also took us by some hidden gems like a house covered in mosaics! We were so impressed and saw Philly in the BEST light thanks to Barry!

Great personalized tour of Philly! - Great personalized tour of Philly. The team at WeVenture was very responsive and made the booking process very easy. Our tour guide Adam was very knowledgeable about the city both at the present and its history. He easily accommodated our goals for the tour while helping to balance the attention span of our two toddlers. The van was clean and fit us and our car seats well. It was a great way to comfortably see the “must do’s” of Philly in a short amount of time and even snagged some cheese steaks and water ice while we were at it. We have done our fair share of tours while traveling and feel comfortable recommending this tour if you find yourself in Philadelphia!

Would not recommend - Do not recommend at all. We have been on similar history tours of Boston, Chicago and D.C. etc and they were all excellent. This was by far our least enjoyed tour we’ve ever taken. It was like having your uncle, who doesn’t like you, being forced to show you around town at Thanksgiving.
