Professional taxi service - Huot is very responsive on email, even on weekends, and I was able to arrange for airport transfer at short notice (1-2 days before). Even though we were only paying for the ride and not a guide, Huot generously shared his knowledge of Phnom Penh with us. As I understand, he also does guided tours of the Genocide Museum. Huot is friendly, helpful and charges a reasonable price for his service. Highly recommend!

pretty straightforward airport - Our flight was at 12 AM so it wasn't crowded at all at the airport at the time. Nevertheless, it is a fairly modest airport. Duty Free was small and there is only a handful of restaurants at the airport. There are restos right across the airport though, if travelers are still up for walking a short distance away. Wifi is available but it is not that efficient. I didn't see charging stations. There are electric sockets at the Blue Pumpkin (beside check in counters) and at Taste of Asia (after going thru immigration).
