Additional Information

Experience the magic of Phnom Penh as it comes to life! We believe the best time to explore the local markets is in the morning, and we’d love for you to join!

We’ll pick you up and take you to our favorite local market, where you’ll be treated to a guided tour and your first scrumptious breakfast. We’ll introduce you to local snacks and educate you on the often under-represented food culture of Cambodia.

After breakfast, we’ll forage through the streets in search of the Kingdom’s finest hidden murals, and street art on a curated tour. We’ll visit over 40 different murals around the city and our guides will help you understand the cultural significance of the murals and how they express social commentary.

We’ll stop curbside for breakfast #2 with the local university crowd, then our final stop - a surprise.

The tour is perfect for everyone, whether you’re a foodie or an art enthusiast. Everything is included and we can cater to most special diets or allergies - just let us know!

Fun - Signed up last minute and glad I did. Had a brief walk through local market just to have first breakfast and donuts. Would have like to spend a little more time walking around there, we then went to a couple places to see the street art- saw some being created in action. Interesting neighborhoods. Finally last breakfast and surprise! Loved the surprise! Maybe a little on the $$ side/ but overall was a nice morning! Tour guide Jackson was great!

Art, food & more - What a fun morning! Started with a delicious sweet noodle breakfast then donuts!! And we were off to see murals. Jackson was a great host - enthusiastic and eager to share his love of street culture & his country. A great way to learn about how people view their world & their place in it.

Highly recommended - Morning street art and breakfast tour with Jackson was fabulous! It gave us real insight into the market and local foods. We enjoyed the back laneway street art heightened by a touch of Cambodian music. Well worth doing and can highly recommend to get some local insight you would not easily do yourself.

A Wonderful Exploration of Hidden Street Art to galleries to the new Artist's Hub at The Gallery - This experience was incredible. JB gave a clear explanation of the history of Art in Cambodia, from the silencing of the Artist's voice during the Pol Pot era through to the slow but growing number of Artist's willing to express themselves through Art today within the parameters of a communist society. I saw the juxtaposition of Art and development. The artist's statement about development to the growth and change in the villages where development covered or became intwined as part of the Artist's piece. It was an awesome experience. Highly recommended. JB has a wealth of knowledge.

Even the grumpy teen enjoyed it… - A great mix of market, food stops, street art, and riding around town in a tuk tuk. Even our grumpy teenager said it was “alright”… that’s a 5 star review from him. Loved our surprise stop on the end. JB was our guide.

Different sides of the city - This was a great tour, and an interesting way to see Phnom Penh. The stories behind the artworks gave them a whole new meaning and relevance. Both the breakfasts were great, too. I just didn’t enjoy the frequent and inescapable touching from the guide - it’s not a cultural thing because I’ve spent several months in this country, so I hope he can work on this.
