Great experience! - I enjoyed my trip. I was travelling alone, as my husband was working. I felt safe. The van picked me up at my hotel and it was nice day. We visited the Grand Canyon, I had lunch, and then spent some time in Sedona. It was nice to be able to relax in the van, instead of driving myself. I highly recommend this company. Plan for a long day. Pick up was at 5:30AM. Drop off was at 7PM. But stopped several times along the way, and I also brought snacks and water for the trip. Also, I went in March, and it started out warm in Phoenix, but as you travel to Canyon, it got colder (see snow in pic). I wore layers and brought a hat and gloves with me.

Wonderful day trip - Terrific day trip! Tracy was an amazing guide. Very punctual. He made sure we had plenty of bathroom breaks and water. He had a genuine love of the Grand Canyon and gave us plenty of time to explore on our own.

Would book again! - What an awesome tour. I went solo so was a bit hesitant. Pick up was on time the sights were out of this world.. the commentary along the way was insightful and interesting! Sedona is stunning! The bus was quite new, comfortable and cool (45 degree day) with huge windows so you didn’t miss any of the stunning scenery. Both our hosts were patient and accomodating. I’m glad I paid the little bit extra for such a personalised professional service. Pick up and drop off were also spot on.. it’s a long day so be prepared! Highly recommend.

Amazing day in AZ with Detours American West! - On July 2 we were picked up at our Scottsdale resort for our Grand Canyon adventure after learning the day before we'd been upgraded to include Sedona as well. A pleasant surprise! Mark, our tour guide was excellent from the get go and made the ride north extremely enjoyable and very informative. We learned so much about the regions topography changes, as well as the Navajo nation during one of our pit stops. As we approached the Grand Canyon, it was great to see sites before it got crowded. Mark was attentive by taking our pics and offering water to us throughout the day. After a few hours at the canyon, the we headed South to Sedona through Williams and Flagstaff. The trip through Oak Creek Canyon from Flagstaff to Sedona with beautiful vistas. Although we weren't in Sedona very long, the spectacular scenery was nice after a long day. I highly recommend Detours American West for your tour adventures! The entire team was extremely helpful from my first phone call for additional information a couple of months before we booked it, as well as confirming details for us the day before. Our vehicle accommodations was comfortable, large windows and perfect for our group size of about nine people, and we were glad to have USB charging built in, but a cup holder would've been perfect. Overall it was a great day and Mark was amazing tour guide! Don't hesitate to check them out, we'll definitely use them again if opportunity arises!

Great Highlights trip of Grand Canyon and Sedona - Mark did a great job of sharing his knowledge of the areas, as well as keeping us on track throughout the day. It is really a highlights tour as no stop is for very long outside of the one in the village where we had enough time to grab lunch and then do a quick walk around outside. The views of the canyon were beautiful. The stop in Sedona was along the main strip of uptown, mostly just tourist focused shops and eateries. Not much else to see/do on that stop. Overall it was a nice way to get a quick view of the canyon and Sedona.

Excellent Tour Experience - Tracey our guide and driver was excellent. It was a long 13 hour day on a holiday weekend with record high temps. He expertly adjusted our tour missing the crowds and ensuring that we had the full experience of the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Red Rock areas. The van was comfortable with A/c and built in stops for bathroom and snack breaks Great memories made. Highly recommend this tour!!
