Don’t miss this great value trip! - We had a fabulous time exploring the north part of the island with our tour guide Ren and driver. We did have the lunch included and the food was excellent. Ren also organised a boat ride to see the starfish to where they had migrated at a small extra charge that was well worth it. I highly recommend this tour as you also experience things such as the bee farm and Grand World too. Thanks for a great day!

Great day out. - Lovely day out. Small group. Ren our guide shared interesting information on Vietnam and Phu Quoc. The Bee farm was interesting. Kayaking glorious, taking the boat to starfish beach just tropical and so beautiful. A real highlight. Also nice that lunch was a choice of included or not included. Highly recommend this trip.

We love Rain and Rain loves us! The lovely family was a lot of fun!! - Rain was our tour guide and did a great job! Love starfish beach we took the boat ride farther up, highly recommend this. Enjoyed the kayaking. The river is very clean and peaceful.

Brill day cheap as chips…..guide got lots vietnamese knowledge - Brilliant day from pick up to drop off…. Brilliant guide….. nice bit of magic tricks on journey too Bee farm good then kayaking down a river to lunch on s floating restraunt on starfish beach and a couple of hours to relax in the sun…. Pick up on time and even came to our location very friendly guide all in all a great day out for very little money spent Thanks johns tours for a amazing day

Great experience - Great experience, really nice to experience the northern part of the island which can be difficult to access by yourself. Nico was a really amazing, professional and engaging tour guide and made the trip very memorable. Highly recommend this trip.

Highly recommend this tour - Wow what a great tour. Our guide was Layla and she was so knowledgeable and her English was great. First stop was to a bee farm where I became a bee keeper 😘 second stop was Cua Can River which I kayaked and made friends with the boat captain and they somehow were able to swap fishing stories without any English. Next we drove through another deserted town called Grand World Hundreds of new but empty places). We then went for a walk into the forest (saw a couple of tiny but venomous snakes). The highlight was Rach Vem fishing village we we ate delicious fresh seafood suspended on stick stilts above the water - the other highlight was star fish Beach- oh and a room upgrade ❤️

Nice but not great - We had already read the other reviews so we were a bit prepared. The bee farm was okay and we didn't linger very long after the explanation, so that was actually nice. The canoeing was also fun and long enough (about 1.5 hours). Then we went to the point where you could see Cambodia and on to the national park. We thought we would go for a walk there too, but we only drove through and then it is not much more than a bumpy dirt path.. Starfish beach is mainly for something to eat and as we knew it was not included. We did take the boat to the part of the beach where you could see the starfish and that was 200 pp, which is quite expensive and unfortunately not negotiable. The beach there was very beautiful. And also people who, despite the signs, still pick up starfish. In the past, when you spoke to them, they always suddenly acted as if they no longer understood English, but with Google Translate we could simply indicate in Vietnamese that they were killing the animals and then luckily they stopped (the small child was knocking the starfish to the ground). spanking while dad was filming). All in all a nice day but a lot of extra costs.
