Upon your arrival at Phuket International Airport, you will see our friendly representative holding a sign at the exit gates with your name on it. He will greet you before taking you to the coach and transport you to your hotel. Please contact our service line if you are not able to find our representative at the airport.
Once you have loaded your luggage on the coach, the English speaking driver will transport you to your hotel safely. Stay relax and enjoy your holiday in Phuket.

- All Seat-In-Coach transfers are by air-conditioned sedan car, minibus, minicoach or coach depending on arriving numbers

- There will be a maximum of 6 pax in a minibus with luggage with a maximum of 3 drop off stops

- Delays maybe experienced at the Airport while all passengers assigned to the transfer come through immigration and customs

- Flights arriving within 30 minutes of each other will be combined for Seat-In-Coach transfers. Delays maybe experienced whilst all passengers assigned to your Seat-In-Coach transfer come through immigration and customs from the various flights: passengers will be required to wait until all guests have cleared immigration and collected their luggage before the transfer departs.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Easy airport arrival to resort - Our plane was 1 1/2 hours late. They were still there waiting. Loaded our luggage and away to our resort quickly.

I highly recommend this Service! - It was easy to book my transport from the airport to my hotel at Patong. Found my driver very fast and was off to my destination. I have now booked my transport back to the airport for when I leave Phuket.

Transfer to hotel - They were waiting as arranged driver and van were very clean he explained how long transfer would take all was good until we reached the hotel and a rep from the transferred company (called herself our tour guide) highjacked our registration with hotel it was about trying to sell us overpriced trips compared to in the town we explained all we wanted to do was get to our room but she kept pushing I had to tell her to go away she even stopped her Car on the street to speak to us we had to walk away Then on last night had reception call us for her to sell us a return transfer to airport we had arranged with someone elseI I will not use company again because of her

Very professional - They where there to meet me as soon as I walked out of the terminal, driver then took me straight to my hotel.

Holiday and rest - There was some confusion with my booking, however the agent at arrivals sorted it fairly quickly for me, somehow they didn't have my name but he said don't worry I will fix it and he did, a short time later I was on my way with another couple in the van to Paying Beach Baan Lai Mai hotel. Very good service thank you 😊

Transfer (reliable and budget friendly) - Transfer from Phuket airport to hotel. Excellent value for a transfer. It was supposed to be a shared ride, but I was (happily) the only passenger. The company was in touch via WhatsApp, which I appreciated. My driver was there with a sign so I was able to find him quite easily. The ONLY thing that was very annoying, unnecessary and pushy/aggressive was how the woman from the company literally called the hotel upon arrival and asked to put me on the phone. I was in the middle of checking in, and she was attempting to get me to book a return transfer with them. EXTREMELY rude, overly salesy and turned me off from booking the return with them (and I found a much lower transfer back to the airport with another company). Rather than CALL the hotel (stalkerish) the SECOND I walked thru the door, she should've contacted me on Whatsapp.Â

Driver go to wrong hotel - Good service,but driver take us to wrong hotel.I order transport to Simply Hotel,but driver go to Simply Resort By Metadee.I tried to tell him,but he still go to wrong hotel
