Highly recommend for active kids - Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed the Arena. We bought One day tickets and it wasn't enough for our kids. There is so much to do! Next time we come to Pigeon forge we'll definitely buy 48 hour unlimited tickets.

Our Go-To fun spot - We took a group of 24 middle school and high school kids. We had a blast, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the place is always clean and safe. Our go-to every year

Kids had a great time going to different areas. Not too crowded in the morning - Several bounce areas, climbing areas were challenging an engaging for our 7 and 9 year old boys. Fun themes such as ice climbing and Tetris. Also dodge ball bouncing . Fun ninja course but easier for older kids 10 and up.

Fun family time at TopJump - Our family had a great time. We went soon after they opened and it wasn't crowded. The variety of trampolines, short ninja course, and climbing gave us plenty to do.

High Quality Fun For The Kids! - Unlike most Pigeon Forge tourist traps for kids, TopJump actually exceeded my expectations. We went on a rainy Wednesday and found the place to be large enough to still have plenty of room to jump even with a large crowd. The climbing zone was by far the biggest hit for my 6YO daughter. The self-clip self-repelling systems were awesome. Had never seen those before. And the variety and design of the climbs were very cool. Love the Stairway to Heaven! High quality and not run down. The jump area’s giant air mattress jumps, ninja course, and dodgeball were all fun too. And our 2YO had a blast in the junior area. Overall the place is clean and has a fun candy store attached too. It’s a bit pricy, like all of Pigeon Forge, but unlike most attractions, it delivers and is worth it. Don’t forget to ask for socks. Our salesman, who was otherwise great, totally forgot to give us socks until we were inside. So we had to double-back to get some. That was our only glitch.

Poor staff - It's a great way for kids to burn some energy BUT both times we have gone i was underwhelmed with the staff. Most of the staff (all but one girl) are VERY UNFRIENDLY even to the kids. They act like they don't even want to speak to you. I feel like they are barely watching the kids. Anytime I've asked a question it's like they hate that they have to speak to anyone. Not just us...I've noticed this with the whole crowd. The first visit was packed and big kids were throwing dodgeballs at the young kids SO HARD and no staff jumped in. We decided to give it a 2nd try and it was dead. And the staff STILL acted like they don't want us here. All they do is talk amongst themselves. Will most likely not return to this location.

Awful customer service and system - Probably one of the worst jump parks my family and I have ever been to. Waiver and ticket purchasing process takes well within an hour alone, not to mention the “training video” all guests are required to watch before being able to jump. When waiver system wouldn’t work for one of my children, customer service was rude and stated that, “all you can do is try again and get to the back of line.” This was whilst they allowed multiple other groups cut in from the of the extremely long line awaiting entry. We were “helped” by a front desk employee named Grace, who was quite nonchalant and unhelpful despite our situation. When asked about why we were made to wait in line for a second time while other families cut she responded,”well everyone supposed to wait. I don’t know what to tell you.” The park itself is great, being very clean and well-maintained for customers, however the staff and organization system that awaits before being able to reach the park without a doubt needs work.
