Great value cycle tour - A beautiful route around the city. Easy to navigate. Great value. Bikes were good to ride and being app based meant we rode at our pace.

Very nice welcome and nice cycling routes - Smile & Ride is a 5-minute walk from the station, we were warmly welcomed and helped to download the app on which the route is clearly indicated by numbers after a little getting used to, even if you have to go left or right. The bikes were excellent, even much better than other rental companies and we enjoyed the bike ride and saw a beautiful and different Pisa than just the leaning tower. We highly recommend this company and they have various options to explore Pisa and the surrounding area by bike. When we returned we pointed out a nice bistro in the center for a snack and a drink, our day couldn't get any worse. Chapeau for Smile & Ride and when we visit Pisa we will definitely come back for a different route.

Highly recommend electric scooters to see Pisa - We had a brilliant time in Pisa on electric scooters. We hired them for three hours. It was easy to learn how to use them and the scooters worked really well. It was so helpful using the self guided tour - the phone app was good and we were able to attach the phone to the handlebar. There were interesting stopping points with information. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a great way to see more of Pisa!

Great experience! #pisabybike - As a family of five ( three children aged 14, 11 and 8) we hired bikes to cycle around Pisa - what a great experience and definitely the best way to see the most of Pisa, especially with children! Smile and Ride were so helpful and the app they provided was easy to follow allowing us to see the best sights. I would highly recommend! Ps a great price as well.

Pisa by “Smile&Ride” bike - Great experience !! A real must do 👍 We saw much, much more of Pisa then the leaning tower ! Our compliments to the creator of the tour and owner of Smile & Ride !! You have given us a beautiful afternoon 😀👍 The tour is very easy to do and the bikes and phone holders are top ! The different waypoints are very easy to find and follow. We can recommend this tour to anyone !!

Biking on your Own - Fun to ride bikes at our own pace without a guide to interrupt our pace.
We were able to see interesting places away from the crowds at the leaning tower of Pisa.
The disadvantages are that it was somewhat difficult to follow the map at times and we seemed to end up retracing the same trail except that we were on the opposite side of the street, and not every trail is bike friendly. At times we had to bike on the congested streets and through some very crowded pedestrian traffic. So if you are willing to take a few risks biking in crowded areas n enjoy biking at your own pace, this is a good adventure to try when in Pisa.

Pedaling Through Pisa - A great way to get around Pisa, especially in the sweltering heat, but the app is a little funky and not always easy to follow. The owners of the shop are lovely and fluent in English, so just be sure to fully understand how the app works before setting out on your journey.

Comfortable bikes - Easy self paced tour that’s gives you an idea of Pisa. The bikes are super comfortable and the app easy to use. I’d recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Pisa and get a bit of information about key must sees. Good value for money compared to more expensive your options.
