Here we will taste the products they produce using the vegetables of their own production, “from the field to the table”. all their products are organic and at kilometer 0. we would drink their craft beer and we would have a trio of tastings of their products. the tastings will vary according to the season because they are made with seasonal products.

We will meet in Piazza Garibaldi, next to the statue of the same name, where our local guide will be waiting for us. We will start walking through the streets of the historic center, in search of the more traditional flavors of local cuisine … How about a platter of Tuscan cheeses and cold cuts with a good Spritz? We will taste these delicacies in one of the oldest wine bars in Pisa!
