- Riviera Maya - We choose from various Cenotes for this excursion, all offering their stunning highlights! In many of them, it is possible to see beautiful decorations of stalactites and stalagmites. Others have significant light effects as sunlight shines through cracks in the ceiling. You can be sure to be astonished by its surrounding nature and beauty!
For this trip, you will experience unique snorkeling sessions in the world’s finest freshwater caverns. After a short drive into the jungle, our guide will conduct a thorough briefing containing procedures, do’s & don’ts, potential hazards, and signals and provide you with your snorkeling equipment. The snorkeling is guided, and the tour can be combined with certified divers. After snorkeling, we will have a typical Mexican picnic in the beautiful jungle setting.

I had an issue when I lost a part from my regulator and Michelle was kind enough to help me resolve my problem
Also participate in an excursion in Cozumel

Excellent well-organised and fun tour - We did the Tulum, Cenotes and turtle snorkeling tour! From the booking to delivery home the experience was awesome! The tour guide Gustavo was brilliant, the cenotes was the best 1 we visited and slickness of transfers (even the Mexican back massage 😉); was fun! Good value and the best trip we went on all holiday!

Highly recommended - Our tour included Tulum and Turkle snorkel
We couldn’t have been happier from start to finish the guy booking the trip was fantastic Nicko very helpful and honest
The tour started on time and has been the best day of our holiday
The food was great driver and guide really good people making sure we were all well looked after and happy
The timings were just to right bottom short or long

Great day. Got to see several new things. - Gustavo was our tour guide on a fun day to Tulum to see the Mayan ruins, swam in a cenote and cave and finished the day with going to Akumal to swim with sea turtles. We saw monkeys, several fruit bats up close, 2 large sting rays, bee hives and several large turtles.

Snorkelling & Cenote’s - We went on a fabulous snorkelling trip to Akumal bay and then on to a dry cenote and a cave cenote. Osiris had recommended delaying until the Sunday due to the weather and we weren’t disappointed. We spent a great hour with the green back turtles, Sting Rays and a load of other exotic fish. The Cenote’s were amazing and Gustav (our guide) was great and really informative. The lunch at the cenote was lovely. A great morning, back by 2pm and would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a half day outing.

Turtles, Ruins, Cenote snorkling _Jorge was the best guide ever - Jorge our guide was not only informative, he was such a gentleman and the whole day was truly amazing.
I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a fun day. we spent $139. from pick up at 9am swim with turtles (we saw so many in akumal), then going to ruins in tulum, then to cenote dos ojos to snorkle where We also had a chicken fajita that was incredible. We got back around 5pm to hotel. Dropped off at front door. He catered to all our needs. BEST excursion ever - juan luis the driver was also super
I felt at the end of the day we had new friends.

Gustavo was awesome - Great!! Booked this excursion as a last minute activity for our last day and wasn’t expecting much, however we are SO glad we went! We had so much fun, our guide was fantastic. Very helpful and interesting. Food was great, appreciated all the little touches. 5 stars

Turtles, Ruins, Cenote snorkling _Gabrielle was an incredible guide - Folks, my wife and I are pretty much novices at diving. She more so and was outside her comfort zone. Gabrielle our guide was not only informative, he was such a gentleman and the whole day was truly amazing. ABORT MISSION! - What a nightmare! Long story short the van ac stopped working and we were stranded at a gas station restaurant for an hour! The tour guide kept saying “another van will be here in 10 mins” but eventually when a van did arrive we all were taken back to our hotels. We never got to do the excursion. To make it worse…..it was my daughters birthday! As of today (7/18/22) I’m still fighting with Expedia to get back my $278.00 for services that were never rendered. According to Expedia; they have not heard back from ProDive after several attempts. I am completed frustrated by this whole ordeal. I would never recommend this company. I will continue to spread the word until my refund is processed.

Also……make sure you triple check to see if you hotel is within their allowable area. I was told the day before they do it pick up from my hotel. I paid $30 one way to a random spot that three taxi drivers had difficulty finding. Once we did find it we were standing in the parking lot for 30 mins at 8:00am waiting on a van that picked up everyone else.
