very nice unplanned day - was amazing day, the only thing is they sold us water instead of giving it to us before visits as advertised, and the bus seats were tight not suitable for a whole day excursion, other than this every thing was perfect the stuff is friendly

Excellent service, just expect a very long day. - Guide and driver were amazing. We had a blast seeing Chichen Itza and the Cenote. A few things got us way over schedule, we didn't get back to our hotel until after 10pm. One was a few rude fellow travelers who always got back to the bus 20-30 mins late at every stop. Then again we got behind at Valladolid trying to find a spot to park the bus, we drove around for 20 mins. ValIadolid was a beautiful old town and the town square where we stoped at was amazing. Food carts, street performers, etc. I would recommend this trip, just be prepared for a ver long day.

Best Tour and Staff - Best Tour to Chichen Itza, Cenote and Valladolid. From the moment you purchased the tickets, someone contacts you, in my case it was Damian. We were picked up near my hotel on time. The staff consisted of Juan, Hector, and Beto. Very professional. It's worth the long trip. The food was great, the facilities at the cenote were great and Valladolid was beautiful, short stay in Valladolid. Very reasonably priced. Can't say enough good things about them. The best excursion to Chichen Itza, Cenote and Valladolid. From the moment you make the reservation, someone sends you a message, in my case it was Damian. Hector, Beto and Juan treated us very well. It was worth going so far. The food was very delicious, the place where the Cenote is is very beautiful. The price is very good. I lack words to say that everything was perfect. Do not hesitate to buy your excursion with this company.

I recommend them - I booked this tour 6 months ago and I don't regret it at all, they had given me this contact and I am grateful for that, they are all very friendly and respectful.

Mixed impressions, but Chichen Itza is a must see when in Yucatan - Probably one of the most afforable ways to see Chichen Itza. The free Mexican lunch was very good and the Cenotes were nice. However, we booked the English tour option and, while the tour of Chichen Itza itself is in English, the commentary provided on the bus is mainly in Spanish, with entire 30-minute periods of Spanish-only commentary. There is a lot of pressure to buy things (souvenirs, Maya birth certificates etc.) at the first stop. Additionly, this tour does not include entry to Chichen Itza itself so you have to pay extra and when converting to MXN from USD they tried to charge us 400 MXN more. Not sure if this was a mistake as they never apologised for it but it was resolved once we pointed it out. Suggest bringing some layers for the bus ride, as the air conditioning can be quite cold. Overall, a cheap way to visit Chichen Itza but you do get what you pay for.

really not a pleasant LONG day - 1. The price is not transparent: the details show that it does not include tickets for Chichen Itza, and it turns out that the balance that we must pay to the agency for the tickets price were higher than the real tickets price for Chichen Itza upon arrival at the entrance. 2. If you want to swim in cenote the vest is a must to have which will cost you another MXN 300. This is also not informed in the itinerary. Or being bored at cenote for 1 hour. 3. A forced souvenir shopping schedule: Being stuck in a gift shop for more than an hour is not included(or informed) in the itinerary. By the time we returned to playa del carmen was around 9:30 pm ( of course no dinner included) - really not a pleasant LONG day
