Must see while in Mexico - Trip was a lot of fun, picked up on time, rode in an air conditioned bus all day (which was clutch since it was over 100 degrees, without added humidity!) Cenote was perfect, clean and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy. The food was amazing! Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend this tour.

Second, Chichen Itza, it was very hot but worth it. Last the Mexican town, was do cute and we had Mexican Crepes. Marquesitas they were delicious. Its a ling day but all worth it!

Highly recommend - It was an all day tour. Navarro was our tour guide and Jonathan and Jeronimo were our drivers. The AC stop working on the bus but the company was prompted in sending out a rescue bus. The tour was very fun, informative, and we got to see a lot within a day. Totally recommend if you are looking for a day of adventure away from the resort.

Great experience - Great day out , I enjoyed it It would have been good to provide some water on the long journey and also for the lunch. Also the life jackets for the cenote, rather than having to pay for everything separately. It should all be part of the cost as it’s already an expensive day trip. Maybe a list of things to bring with you I’m not sure if it was already there in the information. Thanks for a good experience ❤️

Tryna Sell you Stuff - I thought the tour would start off at Chichén Itzá but it actually started off at Hubiku where they try to sell you jewelry made by the community there and then you have to go through a gift shop before you could break off to lunch, tequila tasting or the Cenote, you could do whichever you want in whatever order. Just so you know, we didn't know, if you want to step into the Cenote, you have to clean yourself off first of any lotions or sprays before you step in and then when you step out you have to spray yourself with natural bug spray again because of the environment you're in so no Off bug spray, so they sell you bug spray on the bus or you could buy some at Hubiku. The lunch was good and buffet style, the food was included but not the drinks so for four of us, it cost $10 USD for 1 soda each. When you leave, they try to sell you more stuff at the shop since you have to go through the gift shop, they made my mom pay for a broken item that she accidentally bumped into so be careful lol. It was a ride to Chichén Itzá and you have a million people trying to sell you all types of things before you go in and when you're on your way to see Chichén Itzá, just so you know, there is shade but it is minimal and it is very hot so bring water, hat, umbrella, fans, anything to help cool you off. When leaving Chichén Itzá, you have to pass through the vendors trying to sell you stuff outside and then through a gift shop as well so everybody is trying to sell you stuff. Then we took a short trip to Valladolid to use the bathroom and to use it, you have to go through this shop where they try to sell you stuff, jewelry, tequila, trinkets, you name it so the theme of the trip overall was people trying to sell you stuff. Overall though Chichén Itzá was gorgeous, we learned a lot about it

No show on day of excursion - I was very excited about this tour. I texted and called the tour guide early on the day of to no avail. I then called viator customer support to try and check in with the tour operators. They were also unable to get in contact with the tour operator. In short, I ended up wasting a whole morning on my vacation waiting for them to simply no show and ignore all calls and messages. Horrible company. Do not recommend.

Avoid this tour company - The travel company and the bus tour company were horrible. The AC at the back was not working, and the bus tour company did not try to help. The back of the bus smelt of urine from the toilet. I will not recommend this company for any of the tour.
