- Xplor - Xplor Explore the dimensions of the adventure park and its natural beauty: Fly through the air and speed down ziplines ranging from 26 to 148 feet (8 to 45 meters) in height, then land in the crystal-clear waters of the cenotes where you can climb suspension bridges.
Drive an all-terrain amphibious vehicle through jungle trails and fascinating caves where you’ll marvel at the extraordinary rock formations. Paddle a raft through underwater caves and discover fascinating grottos. Swim along the river between stalactites and stalagmites in this spectacular underground world. Trained staff are on hand to ensure your safety at all times, and all equipment (including lifejacket and helmet) are included.
Your admission includes an all-you-can-eat buffet (go as many times as you wish during the day), unlimited fruit-flavored drinks and hot chocolate when you get out of both rivers.

Additional Information
Xplor is a unique underground world, located in the heart of the Riviera Maya that invites you to explore and rediscover your emotions and senses in nature. It is an impressive site ideal for a day surrounded by adventure and fun. Your all-inclusive ticket gives you access to the park and its four adventure activities in a total of 7 circuits. These are ziplines, amphibious vehicles, underground rafts and stalactite rivers. On top of this, you’ll also get all the services necessary to enjoy a full day of unlimited thrills and comfort.
- As a preventive measure, before boarding the bus or accessing to the park, the temperature will be scanned through a digital remote device on every visitor, guest or staff member.
- The minimum age recommended is 5 years. Children aged 5 to 11 pay half the adult ticket (must show ID at the ticket office)
- Children over 55” m but under 12 years of age, must present identification to verify their age. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Bring insect repellent free of the following chemicals to be use in the Park: Benzophenone, Etilhexila, Homosalate, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Octyl Ssalicylate, Octinoxate, Oxybenzone, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane
- Bring cash for incredible souvenirs purchasing.
- The park operates in all weather conditions, Please wear comfortable clothes and watershoes. It is recommended to bring a change of clothes.
- Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
- You can get to the park by using the local transportation system “Colectivo” or by taxi.
- It is not possible to make the change of date the same day of your visit
- In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.

Adventure and Action packed day. - This park was amazing. We were on the go all day,I was a little unsure of the zip lines and the height after the 3rd one I was loving them. I have told all my friends and family about this park and would definitely go back.

Indiana Jones Adventure - We had a really good time. We tried almost everything we wanted to at the park. The buffet lunch was phenomenal and very allergy friendly. We wish the hammock swing was open but it was a good experience nonetheless. We got to try all the things we wanted to in Mexico in one experience and it was not too crowded.

Amazing day - This place is amazing…there’s so much to do there..in fact,we weren’t able to do everything..what we did do was awesome though.some standouts were the ziplining..the one finished in the water was great..the ATV vehicles, the river swim..and the craziest waterslide I’ve ever been on.the food is really good as well..we did this as part of a cruise excursion but I’m planning to somehow get back to this park again..

Absolutely amazing - We had so much fun at Xplor the buffet lunch was fantastic and the ability to get drinks through the day was well worth the entrance price.
We loved the atvs and the cave experience.
I would highly recommend.
Just be careful what suncream you take with you as it will be taken off you if it has harmful ingredients in, reef safe doesn’t mean it’s safe to use there.
It was busy but the queues went quickly and we weren’t waiting around for long, there some amazing wildlife around and if you’re not wanting adventure there are plenty of beautiful hammocks you can relax in.

Walk with friends - This time I returned to the park with friends and the truth is that it gets better and better, we enjoyed the park a lot, I stayed closer to the parks in Playa del Carmen, the journey was shorter to get to the park, therefore you arrive with more energy, By knowing the park you already know how to make the trajectories of each activity.
My favorites are the pulleys and the caves.
Highly recommended for people who like adventure.

AMAZING - This massively exceeded expectations, the food was delicious and you had so much to chose from! Drinks throughout the day were nice, we liked the mango juice. Carlos who worked at the entrance was very helpful when there was a slight issue with the booking. A must if you are nearby and will be coming back for sure

Something special but very expensive and little time - The park is beautifully designed and great fun. Unfortunately, the organization was not optimal, which is why we lost a good 1.5 hours and couldn't do everything we had planned. We had booked the tickets directly through xcaret and were picked up at 9:15 a.m. (the park opens at 9:00 a.m. and we had to drive to two other hotels), not optimal. In the package we went to the zip lines (red line) at tower 5, everything stopped because there were apparently African bees. We had to wait on the tower for about 30 minutes, then we were told how to get down, which would take longer. I then went along in a buggy and my partner had to wait because there was only one place, which wasn't bad BUT they took me somewhere else than my partner. I waited another 30 minutes and asked the staff several times where the rest of the group was. I was repeatedly told they would be right there. After half an hour I insisted on asking. Here I found out that my partner had been taken somewhere else. Completely stupid. So we looked for each other in the park and unfortunately lost a lot of time. I was very angry about that. The price is also a bit too expensive.

Don’t buy “Foto Xplor” unless you see your photos. - Activities with long lines, we had to spend a lot of time just waiting.. and “foto xplor” pictures are expensive with poor quality. Most of the cameras are hidden, so you don’t know when photo was captured. And due to their technology that albums categorized per helmet number, it does not always work, we have strange people included in our album.
