Highly recommend - The driver met us right at the cruise port (holding up a sign with our name) and brought us in an air-conditioned van to Pompeii. He was very punctual (actually a little early) with excellent customer service, as he explained the sights as we were driving. Another driver picked us up about 4 hours later, which was the perfect amount of time to spend in Pompeii as well as have time for lunch. Highly recommend this transfer!

Seeing the ruins was... - Seeing the ruins was awesome, but very disappointed our guide max did not show us the theater, which was a main attraction. We were too tired after 2 hours to go all the way back to try to find it.

Good basic transportation to Pompeii... - <p>Good basic transportation to Pompeii from the cruise port. Friendly driver, clean van. Basic service. Got what we paid for. Pompeii is a huge site though so i'd suggest a guided tour of the site would be better for first timers. We'd been there before a couple years ago with a guided tour and got a much better feel for the place than just by walking around. However if simple transportation is all you want, this is a great price for just that.</p>

Good outward travel - Trip out was good as had private transport but had 6 hours instead of expected 4 and was bussed back with lots of other people and the return journey was quite late so we were worried we had been forgotten. Would do by taxi or train next time

This is basically a shuttle service... - <p>This is basically a shuttle service which the company performed as agreed, nothing more. I was there before the ticket office opened and did not line up right away. You should line up for the tickets as soon as you get there.</p>
