You need a guide! - Brilliant tour! It would honestly be pointless visiting without a guide. You get so much out of it, so much information, head to the right areas etc. Couldn't recommend a tour enough.

Great overview of Pompei - Mano was very good. We had a small group and she made sure we did not loose anyone as we moved through the park. Great overview.

Friendly and enriching - We went there on a sunny day when it wasn't too hot and I think it was the ideal weather: it quickly gets too hot given the crowds and the lack of shade. The site of Pompeii is very well preserved, thanks to the map you can easily find your way around the ruins. We had a great time and are so excited about our exploration!

Highly recommended - I have never been a fan of guided tour, but this one was absolutely great. Our guide, Ciro G. was friendly, very knowledgeable and organised.He took us on an just over two hours tour, showing notable buildings and explaining the history of Pompeii very well. The group was quite large but we were provided with headset so that everyone could hear our guide very well. Ciro G. also gave us some tips on what to continue to visit in our own time if we wished to. Highly recommended.

3 hours guided tour with Laura - We took a guided tour because we hadn't prepared our trip carefully. Well, we recommend that you take a guide because the city of Pompeii is very large and there are few indications, difficult even with a map and no comments or explanations. We really liked this Pompei Tour Organizer: a group of reasonable size, our guide Laura gave us a lot of comments and was really generous with explanations, Her English is excellent, she is smiling and I believe was very generous with her time with us. So! Thanks Laura!

Beautiful and interesting - Beautiful and well kept site. Our guide Ciro G. was very knowledgeable and correct, he explained everything clearly and specifically. Even for the children it was very nice and simple. Thanks for the great experience 😁😁

CIRO NUMBER 1! - Ciro number 1! We had the pleasure of discovering Pompeii guided by the legendary Ciro, he was very helpful and told us about the life of Pompeii in a non-trivial and in-depth way, he answered all our questions and modulated the visit based on the curiosities that came to us during the path. Also available to explain what to see at the end of the tour with further indications for continuing on your own. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Nice basic tour - Group was larger than I expected but guide was knowledgeable and in open spaces the size of the group was manageable

Surprising and impressive - A tour of the main things that represent the past and present of Pompei, the explanation is very complete and clear. It was in completely understandable English. Thanks to Ciro G. Our guide for taking the time to answer our questions. He also told us that the tour is approximately 2 hours, however there are more things to see so we recommend staying at least another 2 hours to continue exploring and learning.

We feel robbed of our money - Do not book this tour - CROOKS - DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR We cannot recommend this tour. The info on how to find the meeting point is not informative enough. And when we well in advance of the start of the tour wrote to the guide on WhatsApp, the guide did not respond. We then called Viator's customer service for help, but they were not able to help us. The worst part is that the guide later said we were "no shows", which we were not. We were at the site 30 min. prior to the tour, but we were not able to find the exact meeting point. When we asked for a refund, the guide refused. So we paid for a service, we did not receive. We called Viator's customer service regarding the refund case, but they seem to side with the guide even though we showed them screenshots of the message on What'sApp and the call to customer services where you can see we were on time and tried everything we could to find the meeting point. We feel robbed of our money. Do not book this tour. They cannot be trusted.
